Based on the descriptive analytical approach, as a procedural tool for analysis, we have divided the study on two subjects, the first one was entitled representations of the Eastern expatriate ego abroad or the West, and the second section entitled the representations of the other Western coming to the Arab interior, and then concluded the research with a conclusion followed by the most important sources and references.

Background: This study aimed to apply a high-power pulsed alexandrite laser in vitro, the researchers tested different exposure periods, pulse lengths, and laser fluencies to see which dosage was most successful against S. aureus bacteria, which had developed resistance to many antibiotics. The study included Fasting Blood Sugar and fungal diagnosis (systemic and superficial fungus). The results showed that the high concentration of blood sugar belonged to the group > 70 years among the diabetic patients with high significant differences in comparison with other groups P<0.001 .
