Based on the descriptive analytical approach, as a procedural tool for analysis, we have divided the study on two subjects, the first one was entitled representations of the Eastern expatriate ego abroad or the West, and the second section entitled the representations of the other Western coming to the Arab interior, and then concluded the research with a conclusion followed by the most important sources and references.

This paper aims to provide a diameter of Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) level for the companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. It also tries to show the FRQ effects on the dividend policy. The study sample was 13 listed companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange for the period from 2007 to 2011. The presence of diabetic complications such as autonomic neuropathy and retinopathy may predict cardiac structural changes in diabetic patients.
