The Shari'a of Islam is the end of the laws revealed by God, including the goodness of the servants in the pension and the restored. They are supported by the enemies of Islam, especially in these days when the Islamic Ummah is subjected to a fierce campaign by its enemy to repel it from its religion through what they claim from the rights of women, including the right to equality with men.
Islam came to announce to all mankind that women are part of life in society without which they can not imagine life for them. Islam did not leave women under the absolute authority of men, but raised their status and worked to liberate them, and these rights are divorced from her husband, does she have the right to do so? ? This is what this research will answer.
The research required an introduction, a preamble, three demands, and a conclusion.
The preamble in what the mandate, and the words related to it, and the similarities and differences between them, and formulas undermine.
The first topic: Ruling on requiring divorce in the contract.
The second topic: the rule of empowering women to divorce herself as long as in the Council.
The third topic: the rule of divorce women in the mandate.

The study aimed to identify the news framing on the Israeli Arabic-speaking i24 channel of the Israeli aggression on Gaza -2021 by analyzing the channel’s Program “this evening”. The study used the media survey method, and in its framework, it relied on the content analysis method for the program’s episodes from May 5, 2021 AD until June 4, 2021 AD, with 22 episodes. The study showed the program’s interest in launching the Palestinian resistance’s rockets significantly, followed by the Israeli military operations, and the program’s reliance on correspondents largely as a source of news material related to the aggression. The insect is diagnosed and named by the National Center of Biotechnology Information (NCBI), USA as the Mint leaf Beetle Chrysolina herbacea alnadawi (Duftschmid, 1825), (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae). The diagnosis was performed depending on the DNA analysis by 73% similarity with Chrysolina herbacea (Duftschmid, 1825) sequence, In the present study. It is recorded as a new insect pest on mint plant Mentha puleguim (L,1753) (Lamiaceae). DNA analysis confirmend that it is recorded for the first time in Iraq and the Arab world as well as the Middle East. Those insects were observed initially during August 2017 in residential gardens of Al-Bonooq district in Baghdad / Iraq.

This work examines numerically the effects of particle size, particle thermal conductivity and inlet velocity of forced convection heat transfer in uniformly heated packed duct. Four packing material (Aluminum, Alumina, Glass and Nylon) with range of thermal conductivity (from200 W/m.K for Aluminum to 0.23 W/m.K for Nylon), four particle diameters (1, 3, 5 and 7 cm), inlet velocity ( 0.07, 0.19 and 0.32 m/s) and constant heat flux ( 1000, 2000 and 3000 W/ m 2) were investigated. The prior information is described as linear stochastic restrictions. We study the properties and the performances of these estimators compared to other common estimators using the mean squared error as a criterion for the goodness of fit. A numerical example and a simulation study are proposed to explain the performance of the estimators.
