The genus Ziziphus is one of the Family Rhamnaceae and consists of more than 170 species distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. All the species in the genus are of economical and medical importance. This study was conducted to identify the morphologically and anatomically features of the genus in Iraq.  The field survey was conducted across the study area where 4 species (Ziziphus jujube, Z. mauritiana, Z. nummularia and Z. spina-christi) were collected and used in the study.  The result showed that there is variation in morphological and anatomical features among the species in the stem cross-section and longitudinal section of leaves also the differences appeared in the epidermis of leaves.

The study aims to examine the identity crisis using socio-pragmatic tools, delineate the aspects of identity crisis and showcase the social factors that shape the main character’s identity crisis. To conduct this study, an eclectic model incorporating Searle's (1969) taxonomy of speech acts, Prince et al.’s (1982) hedges and Grice’s (1975) conversational implicature will be used. The analysis reveals that only representative and expressive speech acts are utilized, with the representative speech act of stating being the dominant one. This paper presents a comparative study between different oil production enhancement scenarios in the Saadi tight oil reservoir located in the Halfaya Iraqi oil field. The reservoir exhibits poor petrophysical characteristics, including medium pore size, low permeability (reaching zero in some areas), and high porosity of up to 25%. Previous stimulation techniques such as acid fracturing and matrix acidizing have yielded low oil production in this reservoir.
