Abstract:
Through the research, I have briefly discussed the life of Imam Ali and
indicated the interpretation of the Qur'an by language and terminology, the
importance and characteristics of Sahabas', may Allah be pleased with them,
interpretation of the Qur'an. Also, the sayings of Imam Ali, wich included the
explanatory interpretation of the Qur'an by the Qura'n, Sunnah, language, and
correct opinion. I have also indicated the reasons of the Quran's revelation
and the readings of the Qura'n that had been received from him including the
interpretive meaning these readings revealed. Finally, I concluded my
research with the most important results and recommends.

The interpretation is one of the means used to by the designer to construct his perceptions of the world in which he lives, either to better understand or rediscover or reproduce the new thing and the creative thing which is characterized by novelty and originality. The design innovations in the political posters, achieved by the designer, result from his perceptions for the response towards a certain subject through what he has of practical experience to interpret his ideas and his desire to achieve harmony with the reality and compatibility with his aims in visible visual effects that will be established in the recipient's memory and stimulate his senses in the realization of the content of the media message. Steganography can be defined as the art and science of hiding information in the data that could be read by computer. This science cannot recognize stego-cover and the original one whether by eye or by computer when seeing the statistical samples. This paper presents a new method to hide text in text characters.
