Abstract

This research studies Abu Baker Al-Siddiq’s commandments to the leaders of his armies. The research is organized into an Introduction, three sections, and a Conclusion.

The Introduction presents a definition of Style and Commandment terminologies. It also presents a brief biography of Abu Baker Al-Siddiq may Allah be pleased with him.

The first section explains the characteristics of the Composition and its rhetorical significance. In this Section, I study the types of predicate and the methods of construction in Abu Baker’s commandments and the rhetoric in using the connection and disconnection modifiers in his expressions.

Some types of the fungus Aspergillus were isolated from some hospitals in the city of Baghdad (Imam Ali Hospital and Sadr General Hospital). The samples were taken by Transport media at a rate of three replicates of each place isolated from samples from different places within the hospital (waste, baths, the sick beds, corridors and room floors) for the purpose of isolating and diagnosing the fungus on the Czapeck Dox Agar media. It was noticed that the spread rate of fungus Aspergillus was 70% compared to other species that have emerged during the isolation process of the Sabouraud's Dextrose Agar media. Isolation of fungi was performed from February to July, 2019. One hundred clinical specimens were collected from King Abdullah Hospital (KAH) Bisha, Saudi Arabia. Samples were collected from twenty patients of different ages (30 - 70 years old) ten males and ten females. The samples were collected from patients with the two types of diabetics.
