The spread of assault on public money is due to several reasons, including:

Favoritism, and personal pleadings, as well as the exclusion of Islamic law from the application,
And be satisfied with the laws that may not be appropriate for the Muslim community.
The images of the attack on public money by many people, including:
Theft, and embezzlement
For personal purposes, and the appointment of staff on the basis of nepotism, favoritism and partyism,
And profit from the job ... etc. On money
In all its forms, forms and causes, and established limits and controls to ensure protection
Effective for public money.

The present study aims at analyzing the polysemy of the English preposition in from the cognitive linguistic (CL) point of view using Evans' and Tyler's approach (2003). The perplexity faced by Iraqi second language learners (L2) due to the multi-usages of this preposition has motivated the researcher to conduct this study. This research has tackled a scientific figure belongs to Koofi grammatical school. He is Abdullah Al-Tuaal who has occupied the fourth layer among the Koofi grammarians. There was a confusion between him and another Koofi grammarian from the same layer (Mohammed Bin Qaadim) in some old references.
