The spread of assault on public money is due to several reasons, including:

Honesty and integrity, mastery of work and love of self, lack of good example, and rampant
Favoritism, and personal pleadings, as well as the exclusion of Islamic law from the application,
And be satisfied with the laws that may not be appropriate for the Muslim community.
The images of the attack on public money by many people, including:
Theft, and embezzlement
For personal purposes, and the appointment of staff on the basis of nepotism, favoritism and partyism,
And profit from the job ... etc. On money
In all its forms, forms and causes, and established limits and controls to ensure protection
Effective for public money.
This study aims to observe the effect of melatonin implantation and exposure to different light colors and their interaction on productive in local Iraqi chicken. This study was conducted at the poultry farm of the Department of Animal Production/College of Agriculture/University of Baghdad/Abu Ghraib, on 252 birds (180 females and 72 males). The birds were divided into three sections (white, red and green) each section contains two lines, one of which has been planted melatonin under the skin of the neck of birds and the other has not been planted hormone. The two methods were successfully applied to estimate the four drugs in their quaternary mixture using UV spectral data of 84synthetic mixtures in the range of 200-350nm with the intervals Δλ=0.5nm. According to these models the degree of efficiency ranging between zero and unity. We estimate Scale efficiency for two types of orientation direction, which are input and output oriented direction.
The results showed, according Input-oriented efficiency that the levels of Scale efficiency on average is ( 0.975), in the province of Karbala. While the index of Output-oriented efficiency on average is (o.946).
