The method of powder technology has been utilized in fabrication of machinable
ceramics by the approach of glass-ceramic principles. The crystalline ceramic phases
partially dissolved by host glass while the undissolved part remain responsible for the
machinability by the usual cutting tools. Thus avoiding the unnecessary use of special
dies to cast fully melted composition and initiate recrystallization process. Two types of
machinable ceramics have been successfully prepared, the first with high silica content
and the other with high alumina content. A comparison of their properties and discussed.

The research aims to:

1. Show the effect of corporate governance on the quality performance of certified public accountants through establish the concept and principles of corporate governance and the concepts, importance, standards of quality auditing.
2. Forming a proposed framework for quality performance of certified public accountants under the corporate governance, which show the concepts objectives, principles, standards, and constraints of the proposed framework.

The research in one aspect of it based on the study of theoretical background which re which relate to the subject beside the global experiments and opinions of the specialists

إن عمليات نقل وزرع الأعضاء البشرية هي نوع من أنواع الأعمال الطبية، ولذلك فهي تخضع بصفة عامة لذات القواعد التي تحكم الأعمال الطبية، وقد نظمها المشرع عن طريق وضع الضوابط أو الشروط التي تكفل لتلك الممارسات عدم الخروج عن إطارها القانوني المحدد لها بالشكل الذي يضمن المحافظة على الجسم الإنسان واحترام كرامته.  وقد أكد المشرع العراقي في قانون عمليات زرع الأعضاء البشرية ومنع الاتجار بها رقم (11) لسنة 2016 على حظر
