The design and construction of an optical communication system was carried out
using a transverse opto-electronic effect (Pockels effect) to transfer an acoustic signal
using LiNbO3 crystal as an opto-electronic modulator in a new method and studying the
mechanism of the electronic circuits then analyzing the resulted signal.

The research aims to measure the extent of the impact of Earnings quality in the continuity of the company for a sample of private commercial banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange.
