Asking for permission and its legal ruling
...Show More Authors

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and the best blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and all his family and companions, and those who follow them with goodness until the Day of Judgment. . And after:

God created man in the best manner, and subjugated the universe to him and favored him over the rest of creation when he gave him a mind to contemplate and know how to distinguish between the harmful and the beneficial, the bad and the good, in order to exploit him in achieving the meaning of worship, because it is the highest goal of his creation. God Almighty said (And I did not create the jinn and mankind. Except that they worship them.” [Al-Dhariyat: 56]

If knowing what is harmful from what is beneficial and ascertaining what is good and not what is bad requires the best means and methods in various areas of life, then searching for these means and methods is considered one of the essence of worship. In fact, it is not possible to achieve the priorities and goals of Sharia law without this research taking place.

This nation has stood tall and proud in the face of the challenges that sought to attack it at all times, without any harm befalling it or harm. Its condition is like the condition of the sky. If some of the people of the earth wanted to raise dust to cover the face of the sky with it, then the sky only increases in brilliance, splendor, and beauty. As for the dust, it will return to the one who raised it because this nation has preserved its scientific wealth, including Islamic jurisprudence and its origins. One of the topics that Islamic law was concerned with was the subject of asking for permission and its legal ruling, so this was the title of my research. Many of the etiquettes that Islam encouraged are interspersed with many details and for each One of them is its legal ruling.

I saw it necessary for students of knowledge in this era to sail this great sea in one of the aspects of Islamic jurisprudence, and I saw the great benefit in this subject due to the reluctance and reluctance that occurred among some Muslims to act on this Islamic literature and other manners that if people work well and learn. They became happy to live and have a good, safe life in the shade of these etiquettes. My motto in this research was to find a practical reality in family and social relations so that its people live adhering to the etiquette of Islam and imitating the Prophet.

Optimization of Material Removal Rate and Temperature in Magnetic Abrasive Finishing Process for Stainless Steel 304
...Show More Authors

The effect of the magnetic abrasive finishing (MAF) method on the temperature rise (TR), and material removal rate (MRR) has been investigated in this paper. Sixteen runs were to determine the optimum temperature in the contact area (between the abrasive powder and surface of workpiece) and the MRR according to Taguchi orthogonal array (OA). Four variable technological parameters (cutting speed, finishing time, working gap, and the current in the inductor) with four levels for each parameter were used, the matrix is known as a L16 (44) OA. The signal to noise ratio (S/N) ratio and analysis of the variance (ANOVA) were utilized to analyze the results using (MINITAB17) to find the optimum condition and identify the significant p

Clinical and Refractive Outcomes of Toric Phakic Implantable Collamer Lens Implantation for correction of myopic astigmatism
...Show More Authors

Background: Currently there are four general approaches to correct refractive errors: refractive corneal surgery, crystalline lens surgery and implantation of an intraocular lens in anterior or posterior chamber. Aim: To evaluate the predictability, safety and stability of toric phakic implantable collamer lens implantation to correct moderate to high myopic astigmatism. Methods: Sixty eyes of 40 patients underwent implantation of a toric implantable collamer lens (V4c design) in the Eye Specialty Private Hospital, Baghdad, Iraq were studied. The mean spherical refraction was -11.32±3.17 diopter (D) with a range of -6.00 to -18.00 D and a mean cylinder of -2.61±1.16 with range of -1.00 to -5.50 D. The outcome measures that evaluat

Sedimentological and Heavy Metals Characteristics of Streets Dust in some Areas East of Baghdad for 2020
...Show More Authors

Road-side dust samples were collected during August in 2020 from selected areas of, Al-Rusafa, Baghdad, Iraq. A sedimentological and mineralogical analysis of street dust was conducted. Three areas were selected to study street dusts which are Al-Baladitat, Al-Obaidi and Ziona. The laboratory analyses were done in the Department of Geology, College of Science, University of Baghdad. The heavy metal contents were determined in the roadside dust using XRF Method. It was found that the dust is of muddy texture, and is believed to be transmitted with the various storms blowing on Baghdad or by the wheels of Cars. The results of mineralogical investigation revealed that the dust samples composed of quartz, feldspar, calcite, gypsum and s

Expired Colxacillin, Amoxicillin, and Ceflaxin Drugs as Inhibitors for Low Carbon Steel Corrosion in Sodium Chloride
...Show More Authors

The ability to inhibit corrosion of low carbon steel in a salt solution (3.5%NaCl) has been checked with three real expired drugs (Cloxacillin, Amoxicillin, Ceflaxin) with variable concentrations (0, 250, 500, 750) mg/L were examined in the weight loss. The inhibition efficiency of the Cloxacillin 750 mg/L showed the highest value (82.8125 %) and the best inhibitor of the rest of the antibiotics. The different concentrations of Cloxacillin drug (0, 250, 500, 750) mg/L and temperature (25, 35, 45, 55) oC were studied as variables with potentiodynamic polarization, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) for surface morphology and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) depending on current values and the resistance of charge to

Study the Effect of Scattering and Disperse Radiation on Equivalent Dose Rate for Al & Pb Shields
...Show More Authors

The effects of scattering and secondary radiation generated inside the material on dose equivalent rate where studied using Co60 and Cs137 sources of activity (199.8 , 177.6) MBq , respectively for different thicknesses of Al , Pb and Pb- glass . The results showed that the equivalent rate increases when the effect of scattering was included for Al and Pb shields with cobalt-60 source of energy 1.25 MeV ; and decreases for Pb shield with Cs-137 source of energy 0.662MeV .The results showed also that the atomic number of The material effects the dose equivalent rate . The Pb-glass shield was found to be more efficient in absorption than other shields.
