The research included making a bibliography of the jurisprudential books available in the reference section of the central library at the University of Al-Mustansiriya. From this research, and I also saw that one of its objectives was to classify these books scientifically according to what was included in the Contemporary Islamic Fiqh Library of sections that were classified on its basis, according to what has settled in the custom of contemporary jurists, and according to the researcher’s view and his humble diligence, so the research was organized into an introduction and three topics. Each topic contained approximately five demands that included the sections of the contemporary jurisprudential library, and included in each section what is organized under it from those jurisprudential books available in the references section of the central library at Al-Mustansiriya University and in a bibliographic way in mentioning the information of each book of them, for example a section (Jurisprudential books, explanations and footnotes) under which the jurisprudential books, jurisprudential explanations and jurisprudential footnotes available in the references section were included, or for example the section (Comparative Jurisprudence) under which the comparative jurisprudence books available in the references section were listed, and the section (Tabaqat al-Fuqahaa) under which the available layers books were included in the references section.. And so the rest of the famous sections among the jurists. Through the research, some results were revealed, the most important of which were: 1- The number of jurisprudential books that I found in the reference section of the central library at Al-Mustansiriya University was forty-eight jurisprudential books.. 3- The reference section in the central library at Al-Mustansiriya University contained books that represent most, if not all, sections of the Islamic jurisprudence library. Comparative. 5 The reference section in the central library at Al-Mustansiriya University is missing books on Ibadhi jurisprudence (Ibadhi jurisprudence). 6- Only one book of Zaydi jurisprudence was available in the references section of the Central Library at Al-Mustansiriya University. 7- The scarcity of books in many sections of the jurisprudential library in the references section of the central library at Al-Mustansiriya University is in dire need of adding books to meet the needs of students and researchers.. 8- A decrease in the number of volumes for a single book, as there may be one volume available in the References section, while the book consists of four volumes.
