Felodipine is a calcium-channel blocker with low aqueous solubility and bioavailability. Lipid dosage forms are attractive delivery systems for such hydrophobic drug molecules. We plan to identify the maternal and neonatal consequences associated with pre-pregnancy overweight in adolescent women.
