God, may He be glorified and exalted be He, has given every human being the right to life and a dignified life, and has warned against transgression against any of its sanctities without a legitimate right. No one, regardless of his status or authority, can deprive a person of his rights that the Sharia came to preserve, and whoever does that has declared all people to war, as all humanity is in solidarity. In raising the hand that is simplified to harm a person and oppress him unjustly and exalted in the land.
If this is the case, the Sharia came to establish the right of people, groups and individuals, to defend their sanctities, preserve their security, recover their usurped rights, repel the aggression of the aggressors, and oppress the oppressors, even if that leads to shedding their blood and taking their lives. Religion, and the pillar of Sharia.
From this point of view, I preferred that my research be about the human right to defend himself, his sanctity, his money, and his religion, so it was under the title (The ruling on the human right to defend himself and his sanctities in Islamic jurisprudence). Stimulative effect of 10 mW He-Ne laser on the phagocytic activity of human polymorphonuclear leukocytes( PMNs) has been studied in vitro. Normal polymorphonuclear leucocytes were isolated from the human peripheral blood. A mixture of 0.25 ml of Hanks solution, 0.25 ml of serum, 0.25 ml of Candida albicans suspension and 0.25 ml of PMNs suspension was prepared. The samples of mixture of PMNs and Candida were subdivided in 1 ml ependrof tubes and irradiated to He-Ne laser for 1, 3, 5, 10 and 20 min. The diameter of the irradiated area was 0.8 cm. In the present study twenty samples of human urine were taken
from healthy male and female with different of: ages, occupation and
place of residence. These samples were collected from the hospital to
measure the concentration of radon gas in human urine by using one
of solid state nuclear track detectors LR-115.
The results obtained of the concentrations of radon in healthy human
urine are varying from 2.12×10-3 Bq.l-1 to 4.42×10-3 Bq.l-1 and
these values are less than the allowed limits 12.3×10-3 Bq.l-1.
