For in the Holy Qur’an there are vivid examples and speaking models that tell stories of the tyrants who filled the world with tyranny and overwhelmed it with tyranny, and the Holy Qur’an presents these proverbs to people, not so that they may be amused by them, but rather so that they consider and bite with them. For every tyrannical tyrant, he lives within a framework of self-loss, according to him from life he lives and suffices, even without attachment to a principle or an ideal, and in the world of the unconscious with his whims, without any regard for death that is closer to him than his jugular vein, or for an account that does not leave small or great Therefore, the title of my research came to this (Qarun in the Holy Qur’an, “An Analytical Study”), that mighty tyrant who based his behavior on the basis of denying people, either to be superior to them, or to hate them, then to have the queen of tyranny and tyranny, so that it becomes lust that possesses his feelings and feelings. And it controls his mind and heart, then he persists until lust becomes a chronic psychological disease for which he finds no cure, so that God’s punishment is often, physical from it with the psychological, and it may be at times a chronic psychological punishment for which he does not find a cure. Therefore, the end of Qarun was a miserable catastrophe, embodied by the Qur’an in the greatest condition. The Almighty said: We caused the earth to swallow him and his land, so he had no group to help him besides God, and there was no pain. We will be victorious ( ). The research plan was made up of an introduction, three demands, and a conclusion other than this introduction, following the analytical approach that is based on the scientific foundations used in analyzing Quranic texts, and relying on the most important sources of language books, interpretation, rhetoric, and Quranic readings.

The mean age of the participants was 50 SD ± 11 years (mean 30-72); 51% were females and 49% males, mostly in forties who lived ≥ 5 years in Baghdad. Research aims to develop a novel technique for segmental beam fabrication using plain concrete blocks and externally bonded Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers Laminates (CFRP) as a main flexural reinforcement. Six beams designed an experimentally tested under two-point loadings. In this research, damping properties for composite materials were evaluated using logarithmic decrement method to study the effect of reinforcements on the damping ratio of the epoxy matrix. Three stages of composites were prepared in this research. The first stage included preparing binary blends of epoxy (EP) and different weight percentages of polysulfide rubber (PSR) (0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10%). It was found that the weight percentage 5% of polysulfide was the best percentage, which gives the best mechanical properties for the blend matrix.
