The husband’s discipline of his wife is a right prescribed by the Sharia, but it is conditioned discipline with conditions that make this discipline intended to preserve the family institution from disintegration and scattering, so the Islamic Sharia entrusted the husband, the guardian of the family, with the task of disciplining the disobedient and disobedient wife and deviating from the family’s values and constants of mutual respect and obedience in what is good. And a sense of responsibility. This discipline goes through three sequential stages, starting with exhortation and dialogue, passing through abandonment in the beds, and ending with beating. As for the sermon, it is a quiet dialogue followed by a threat of abandonment. As for desertion, it is desertion, either verbally or desertion from sexual intercourse, and desertion is only in the marital bed. As for the beating, it is a light, harmless beating, and it may be described as a moral and psychological beating. It is intended exclusively for reform, so it is not permissible to resort to any means of discipline unless it is intended to return the wife to the institution of the family and to live together in a decent life based on affection and respect. The Iraqi legislator adopted the opinion of Islamic jurisprudence in the Iraqi Penal Code and made discipline a right of the husband in Article 41 thereof. As for the legislator in the Kurdistan region, the wife was excluded from the discipline clause. It seems that what the legislator followed in the Iraqi Penal Code is more likely.
A field study was conducted in Al-Khalis district, Diyala Governorate in 2019 to test the sensitivity of three varieties of pepper to the population density of the whitefly B. tabaci, Anaheim pepper, Aleppo and local variety, and the results showed that the Anaheim variety was the most infested with the whitefly density 4.08 whitefly/ leaf and then the local variety 2.7 whitefly/ leaf. The lowest population density was 1.25 whitefly/ leaf of Aleppo variety. The gravity method is a measurement of relatively noticeable variations in the Earth’s gravitational field caused by lateral variations in rock's density. In the current research, a new technique is applied on the previous Bouguer map of gravity surveys (conducted from 1940–1950) of the last century, by selecting certain areas in the South-Western desert of Iraqi-territory within the provinces' administrative boundary of Najaf and Anbar. Depending on the theory of gravity inversion where gravity values could be reflected to density-contrast variations with the depths; so, gravity data inversion can be utilized to calculate the models of density and velocity from four selected depth-slices 9.63 Km, 1.1 Km, 0.682 Km and 0.407 Km.

This thesis aims to study the effect of addition polymer materials on mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete, and also to assess the influence of petroleum products (kerosene and gas oil) on mechanical properties of polymer modified self-compacting concrete (PMSCC) after different exposure periods of (30 ,60 ,90 ,and 180 days).
Two type of curing are used; 28 days in water for SCC and 2 days in water followed 26 days in air for PMSCC.

In this paper the effect of engagement length, number of teeth, amount of applied load, wave propagation time, number of cycles, and initial crack length on the principal stress distribution, velocity of crack propagation, and cyclic crack growth rate in a spline coupling subjected to cyclic torsional impact have been investigated analytically and experimentally.
