The appropriateness of the verses and surahs of the Qur’an, and the connection of their structures, is one of the aspects of the miraculousness of the Holy Qur’an, and it is an honorable knowledge by which the intellect guesses, and by which the value of the one who says what he says is known, and this science was written to appear in the early fourth century AH.
The occasion makes the parts of speech entwined with each other, so that connection is strengthened, and the composition becomes the same as the case of a tight construction that is compatible with the parts.
The Holy Qur’an has adopted a unique approach in its presentation of issues, in contrast to all previous and subsequent approaches. Sometimes he mentions a part of the thing and then leaves it, then goes back to completing it in a way that souls do not subdue his guidance, and his speech does not become burdensome, taking into account in the sequence of his texts that he brings together its members like a knot whose grains were organized, and arranged in the best arrangement, so he was miraculous in its arrangement, wonderful in its consistency, proportionate in its verses and chapters. And its parts, testifying to truth and sincerity, and a clear indication of the source of the Qur’an, and that it is the word of God.
The 3-parameter Weibull distribution is used as a model for failure since this distribution is proper when the failure rate somewhat high in starting operation and these rates will be decreased with increasing time .
In practical side a comparison was made between (Shrinkage and Maximum likelihood) Estimators for parameter and reliability function using simulation , we conclude that the Shrinkage estimators for parameters are better than maximum likelihood estimators but the maximum likelihood estimator for reliability function is the better using statistical measures (MAPE)and (MSE) and for different sample sizes.

The acceptance sampling plans for generalized exponential distribution, when life time experiment is truncated at a pre-determined time are provided in this article. The two parameters (α, λ), (Scale parameters and Shape parameters) are estimated by LSE, WLSE and the Best Estimator’s for various samples sizes are used to find the ratio of true mean time to a pre-determined, and are used to find the smallest possible sample size required to ensure the producer’s risks, with a pre-fixed probability (1 - P*). The redshift (z) of these objects were between (0.02 – 0.26).
