The appropriateness of the verses and surahs of the Qur’an, and the connection of their structures, is one of the aspects of the miraculousness of the Holy Qur’an, and it is an honorable knowledge by which the intellect guesses, and by which the value of the one who says what he says is known, and this science was written to appear in the early fourth century AH.
The occasion makes the parts of speech entwined with each other, so that connection is strengthened, and the composition becomes the same as the case of a tight construction that is compatible with the parts.
The Holy Qur’an has adopted a unique approach in its presentation of issues, in contrast to all previous and subsequent approaches. Sometimes he mentions a part of the thing and then leaves it, then goes back to completing it in a way that souls do not subdue his guidance, and his speech does not become burdensome, taking into account in the sequence of his texts that he brings together its members like a knot whose grains were organized, and arranged in the best arrangement, so he was miraculous in its arrangement, wonderful in its consistency, proportionate in its verses and chapters. And its parts, testifying to truth and sincerity, and a clear indication of the source of the Qur’an, and that it is the word of God.
Many international studies indicated that the polymorphisms of some genes disturbed the folate homocysteine (Hcy) metabolism and increased the vulnerability to Down syndrome (DS). We aimed to measure the serum levels of folate and Hcy in DS children and compare the levels with age and sex-matched apparently normal healthy children. We also aimed to study the A80G polymorphism of the gene reduced folate carrier (RFC1) in the DS children as a risk factor. Forty children with DS (24 were boys, and 16 were girls) with the age range between 5-13 years, and 26 normal healthy children (16 boys and ten girls) were included in this study. The parameter was used from the equidistant spacing model (ESM) model and the non- equidistant spacing model (non-ESM) and another formula of are derived from the relation between and level density parameter .
