The appropriateness of the verses and surahs of the Qur’an, and the connection of their structures, is one of the aspects of the miraculousness of the Holy Qur’an, and it is an honorable knowledge by which the intellect guesses, and by which the value of the one who says what he says is known, and this science was written to appear in the early fourth century AH.
The occasion makes the parts of speech entwined with each other, so that connection is strengthened, and the composition becomes the same as the case of a tight construction that is compatible with the parts.
The Holy Qur’an has adopted a unique approach in its presentation of issues, in contrast to all previous and subsequent approaches. Sometimes he mentions a part of the thing and then leaves it, then goes back to completing it in a way that souls do not subdue his guidance, and his speech does not become burdensome, taking into account in the sequence of his texts that he brings together its members like a knot whose grains were organized, and arranged in the best arrangement, so he was miraculous in its arrangement, wonderful in its consistency, proportionate in its verses and chapters. And its parts, testifying to truth and sincerity, and a clear indication of the source of the Qur’an, and that it is the word of God.
Abstract
The research aims to investigate the private sector attitudes toward operational contracting in special education schools. The research adopted the qualitative approach by using personal interviews with a sample of (45) private school owners and managers in Oman. The results of the research revealed that there is an agreement among the majority of respondents on the ability of the private sector to manage special education schools, the advantages of the partnership, as well as the need for guarantees to support this partnership. This study was conducted in the animal field of the Animal Production Department / Faculty of Agricultural Engineering Sciences / University of Baghdad, for the period from 5/8/2018 to 28/2/2019.
