Since the advent of the sunrise of the immortal message, Islamic legislation has always established justice and the right guidance, and has prevented any perversion, injustice or corruption, with a divine system that called in its course the characteristics of the legislation on its general basis and its ability to develop, progressivity, and paving the way with a collective approach, accompanied by the worldly and moral punishment. When the corrupters went too far, reformers were delayed and values were missed; Mankind has been afflicted with the scourge of injustice and loss, and has lost sight of the approach that the Creator of the world has given to the people of the world, for what would guide them in their affairs sooner and later. Today, corruption spreads and legalizes it, it's a global corruption plan, where countries with enormous potential, dragging the East in general, and our countries in particular, into where the abyss is. This calls for a real awakening in order to diagnose the phenomenon of corruption, to determine the treatment of its stages and to reform what has been corrupted by setting the appropriate controls and indicating the means to combat corruption, by drying up its sources, from the head to the base, and by naming corruption as a crime to identify the useful weapons for it, in modern ways that take the lost man's hand and return him to the path of righteousness. Adolescent pregnancy is common health problem still found in both developed and developing countries; as adolescent may have early sexual practice or early marriage. Adolescent mothers face substantially higher maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality than adult women. In this paper, we will provide a proposed method to estimate missing values for the Explanatory variables for Non-Parametric Multiple Regression Model and compare it with the Imputation Arithmetic mean Method, The basis of the idea of this method was based on how to employ the causal relationship between the variables in finding an efficient estimate of the missing value, we rely on the use of the Kernel estimate by Nadaraya – Watson Estimator , and on Least Squared Cross Validation (LSCV) to estimate the Bandwidth, and we use the simulation study to compare between the two methods.
Abstract: This research was performed to study the effect of some amino acids and vitamins on the growth of bacteria Staphylococcus aureas and its sensitivity against UV light. The results showed low inhibition in bacterial growth because amino acids repairs the damges caused by UV light. Besides the effect of two groups of antibiotics (β-lactame and tetracycline) on the growth of S. aureus and the possible interference of amino acids and vitamins in the activity of the antibiotics against this bacteria in the presence of UV light were studied. The result show increase in the sensitivity towards these antibiotics and provided protection against the antibiotics.
