The jurisprudential aspects of Imam Abu al-Fayyadh al-Basri And its impact on the Shafi’i school of thought, In the provisions of transactions, personal status, felonies, borders, and others
...Show More Authors

Summary of the discussion of the jurisprudential aspects of Imam Abu Al-Fayyad Al-Basri, and their impact on the Shafi’i school, on the provisions of transactions, personal status, janaabah, limits, and others

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers, our master Muhammad, and upon his pure family, and his ignorant and ignorant companions, and those who followed them in goodness until the Day of Judgment.

     Then:

The many jurisprudential aspects that the Shafi’i imams said are of great importance, because these aspects are nothing but the opinions of venerable jurists who have reached a high degree of knowledge until they have become among the owners of faces. And among them are the Shafi'i jurists, the jurists may differ among themselves, either because there is no text about their imam in a matter, or the issue is originally: there is no text in it, so the owners of the faces strive to find an opinion for it, extracting from the texts of their imam in other similar issues, or in it  Similar, or based on its origins, or by analogy with other issues, or other reasons, and the jurists who came after the class of owners of faces may differ in most cases in the preference of some faces over others, and fatwas may be given to some faces, even if they were not preponderant in an era  , for the sake of some interest, appropriate for that era, but this depends on those who have reached a high degree of knowledge, and from these many aspects: what Imam Abu Al-Fayyad Al-Basri said.

The jurisprudential aspects that Imam Abu al-Fayyad al-Basri said, and which were transmitted from him, are few compared to other owners of faces, and the reliable in their transmission, is mainly from: The Great Book of Al-Hawi by Imam Al-Mawardi, Al-Basri.

The jurisprudential aspects that were transmitted on the authority of Imam Abu al-Fayyadh vary between a purely jurisprudential opinion, which is the majority, and a directive to the text of al-Shafi'i, may God Almighty have mercy on him, and an explanation of what is intended by it, or a statement of the intended purpose of some issues, and between the transmission of the doctrine, or the narration of the doctrine. The jurisprudential aspects transmitted from him include the types of jurisprudential issues, although they are few, as they include issues of worship, personal status, transactions, felonies and punishments, and lawsuits and evidence.

This, and I have presented a previous research concerning the jurisprudential aspects of Imam Abu al-Fayyadh al-Basri in the provisions of worship, and this is the second section of the aspects that Imam Abu al-Fayyad al-Basri said, and this research came on an introduction, and two chapters, the first topic: issues of transactions, and the second topic  Questions of personal status, felonies, limits, oaths, endowments, lawsuits, evidence, and a conclusion

Lead among children with autism in Iraq. Is it a potential factor?
...Show More Authors

Abstract Aim: Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder which affects communication and social interaction of children. It is a heterogeneous disease with various clinical presentations. Some genes are involved in its pathogenesis. It has been suggested that environmental exposure to lead can increase the risk of autism. The aim of our study was to compare blood lead levels among autistic and non-autistic children. Material and Method: This retrospective study included 107 children (60 with autism and 47 without autism) referred from the different Iraqi provinces, in the years 2015, 2016 and 2017, to the poisoning consultation center in Baghdad. Data collection including age, gender, residence, referral source, family history and blood lead l

Exploring Sport’s Role in Mitigating Conflicts Gulf Cup as a Case Study
...Show More Authors

Conflict, peace, and sports have a long history as practical realities, and their correlation has become an important subject of study in the last decades of the twentieth century. Sport has infiltrated peace and conflict studies as a tool for resolving conflict and building peace, but opinions have differed between those who say it is a positive tool and others who see it as negative. The Gulf Cup is one of the champions that have never been studied, and in-depth research about it has not been done. This tournament has affected the relations between the states involved. The politics cast its shadow on the Gulf Cup. The paper aims to shed light on how political events in the region have consistently affected the Gulf Cup and how politics in

A field experiment was conducted during the agricultural season 2017-2018. In the research station of the Ministry of Agriculture AL Rasheed side, and within the activities and researches of the national program to develop wheat cultivation in Iraq, Two factors were experienced in the cultivation of wheat, The first factor is the method of cultivation of five treatments were used: : Treatment of the cultivation of wheat in the plots (B), Treatment of wheat crops on bed with 50 cm width (S1), 60cm (S2), 70cm (S3) and 80cm (S4), The second factor is irrigation levels depletion of 40, 60 and 80% of available water coded as W1, W2 and W3, respectively, The experiment was designed under randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replicat

Sequential Monte Carlo Localization Methods in Mobile Wireless Sensor Networks: A Review
...Show More Authors

The advancement of digital technology has increased the deployment of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) in our daily life. However, locating sensor nodes is a challenging task in WSNs. Sensing data without an accurate location is worthless, especially in critical applications. The pioneering technique in range-free localization schemes is a sequential Monte Carlo (SMC) method, which utilizes network connectivity to estimate sensor location without additional hardware. This study presents a comprehensive survey of state-of-the-art SMC localization schemes. We present the schemes as a thematic taxonomy of localization operation in SMC. Moreover, the critical characteristics of each existing scheme are analyzed to identify its advantages

The aim of this study is to determine serum IL-33 levels and atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) .Forty patients with moderate activity of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and forty healthy individuals as control group were enrolled in this study, age (25-45) years. Disease activity was assessed in patients by erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),C-reactive protein (CRP) and rheumatoid factor(RF) .Also lipid profile(cholesterol TC, triglyceride TG, low density lipoprotein LDL-C, very low density lipoprotein VLDL and high density lipoprotein HDL-C), AIP, and IL-33 were determined in all subjects. The results revealed a significant increase in ESR,CRP and RF , TG, VLDL,AIP and IL-33,while is a significant decrease in HDL concentration in patients gr

A proposed dual size design for energy minimization in sub-threshold circuits
...Show More Authors

Sub-threshold operation has received a lot of attention in limited performance applications. However, energy optimization of sub-threshold circuits should be performed with the concern of the performance limitation of such circuit. In this paper, a dual size design is proposed for energy minimization of sub-threshold CMOS circuits. The optimal downsizing factor is determined and assigned for some gates on the off-critical paths to minimize the energy at the maximum allowable performance. This assignment is performed using the proposed slack based genetic algorithm which is a heuristic-mixed evolutionary algorithm. Some gates are heuristically assigned to the original and the downsized design based on their slack time determined by static tim

Analyzing Multiple Intelligences Theory in Teaching New Headway Upper-Intermediate EFL Textbook
...Show More Authors

The birth of Multiple Intelligence (MI) theory has revolutionized traditional education since the twentieth century. Howard Gardner, the pioneer of this theory, believed that each learner has a unique way of acquiring information. This paper investigates how the New Headway Plus for Upper-Intermediate-Third Edition, a standard EFL textbook in Iraqi universities, can cater to the diverse MI profiles of Iraqi EFL learners. It evaluates the success or failure of senior undergraduates in actively engaging with different learning styles and activities in the classroom. The study maps the distribution of nine distinct modes of MI theory across all 12 Units_ Logic/Mathematical, Verbal/Linguistic, Musical, Bodily/Kinesthetic, Visual/Spatial, Natura
