Abstract: Various peoples have contributed to building the Islamic civilization through the achievements and creativity of their scholars. In particular, the Kurdish scholars have provided new and great services to the Holy Qur’an that deserves attention. For example, it is no secret that Sheikh Ahmadian, with his interpretation, rendered a great service to the Glorious Book of God. His style is distinguished by modernity, seriousness and objectivity, and represents a lively response to the needs of the Kurdish Muslim people. Due to the importance of Ahmadian’s interpretation of the Qur’an, therefore, I have demonstrated his approach in this research in terms of dealing with his interpretation of the Qur’an with the Qur’an, then with the Sunnah and the sayings of the Companions and Successors, with an explanation of his approach to selection and preference, and his approach to criticism.

This research is an attempt to explore a social and pragmatic phenomenon of lamentation in elegies of Gray and AL-Khansaa' who represent two different cultures. It illustrates the intended meaning of lamentation in English and Arabic and finds how the two languages express this purpose of poetry by analysing it socio-pragmatically adopting Searle's models (1969),and its modifications. Lamentation is considered as a mournful poem lamenting the death of whole humanity as Gray's elegy and of an individual as AL-Khansaa's elegy. The capability of three alternative historical flow approaches to protect against low flows is shown in this study using gage stations in the Shatt Al-Hillah River in Iraq. Providing clean water suitable for drinking, agriculture and living organisms is essential in the ecosystem. Therefore, the qualitative assessment of water resources using qualitative indicators is considered one of the most appropriate ways to manage water and develop a regular program for water quality. In this research, 11 sites were used in the Ali Al-Gharbi district in order to evaluate the quality of water in these sites and compare it with international and Iraqi standards and its suitability for drinking. Agriculture, as the results showed that most of the concentrations of the qualitative specifications of the studied characteristics are not suitable for human use and agriculture in the study area.
