This research was interested in studying the phrase “I don’t know” in the Lisan al-Arab dictionary, and Lisan al-Arab was based on collecting its material from five dictionaries, including: Tahdhib al-Lugha, al-Muqamah, al-Sahih, and the footnotes of Ibn Berri, al-Nihaya and Gharib al-Hadith. The objection to this phrase, and the discussion of its various implications among linguists and the clarification of the closest and most famous content to it according to the data presented to the researcher in his research journey, and to reach this goal, the research division into a preface, five demands and a conclusion and followed the list of sources and references. To define the lexicon of Lisan al-Arab and Ibn Manzoor’s curriculum in it and how to present the scientific material and the scientific analysis of the phrase “I do not know” knowing its linguistic and idiomatic meaning for linguists and grammarians, and Ibn Manzoor’s position on the word “I don’t know” and his method of transferring it from linguists. The term “I don’t know” is presented in it. We have chosen issues from the core of the linguistic dictionaries from which the article on the tongue of the Arabs is derived, and from the phenomena that the researcher has deliberately studied the issue in In the morphological balance and on the validity of the linguistic connotation, to the conclusion and come up with the most important results

Subsurface Flow Phytoremediation Using Barley Plants for Water Recovery from Kerosene-Contaminated Water: Effect of Kerosene Concentration and Removal Kinetics
...Show More Authors

A phytoremediation experiment was carried out with kerosene as a model for total petroleum hydrocarbons. A constructed wetland of barley was exposed to kerosene pollutants at varying concentrations (1, 2, and 3% v/v) in a subsurface flow (SSF) system. After a period of 42 days of exposure, it was found that the average ability to eliminate kerosene ranged from 56.5% to 61.2%, with the highest removal obtained at a kerosene concentration of 1% v/v. The analysis of kerosene at varying initial concentrations allowed the kinetics of kerosene to be fitted with the Grau model, which was closer than that with the zero order, first order, or second order kinetic models. The experimental study showed that the barley plant designed in a subsu

Experimental determination of hydrate phase equilibrium for different gas mixtures containing methane, carbon dioxide and nitrogen with motor current measurements
...Show More Authors

Hydrate dissociation equilibrium conditions for carbon dioxide + methane with water, nitrogen + methane with water and carbon dioxide + nitrogen with water were measured using cryogenic sapphire cell. Measurements were performed in the temperature range of 275.75 K–293.95 K and for pressures ranging from 5 MPa to 25 MPa. The resulting data indicate that as the carbon dioxide concentration is increased in the gas mixture, the gas hydrate equilibrium temperature increases. In contrast, by increasing the nitrogen concentration in the gas mixtures containing methane or carbon dioxide decreased the gas hydrate equilibrium temperatures. Furthermore, the cage occupancies for the carbon dioxide + methane system were evaluated using the Van der Wa

Asphalt Binder Modification with High-Density Polyethylene Polymer and Low-Density Polyethylene Polymer – Efficiency of Conducting Semi-Wet Mixing Process
...Show More Authors

In this research, the performance of asphalt mixtures modified with polyethylene polymer (PE) by adding 2%, 4%, and 6% percentages was evaluated. Two kinds of PE are employed: Low-Density PE (LDPE) and High-Density PE (HDPE). The semi-wet mixing technique (SWM) was conducted to avoid stability issue for PE-modified binder during storage condition. Many experimental tests were conducted to evaluate the ability of these mixtures to withstand the effects of loads and moisture. The hardness index of these mixtures was also measured to determine their resistance to the effects of high temperatures without causing permanent deformations. The results showed that adding PE led to a remarkable enhancement in the performance of PE-modified mixtures.

Artificial intelligence‐based modeling of novel non‐thermal milk pasteurization to achieve desirable color and predict quality parameters during storage
...Show More Authors
Abstract
<label></label><p>This study proposed using color components as artificial intelligence (AI) input to predict milk moisture and fat contents. In this sense, an adaptive neuro‐fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) was applied to milk processed by moderate electrical field‐based non‐thermal (NP) and conventional pasteurization (CP). The differences between predicted and experimental data were not significant (p > 0.05) for lightness (L*), redness‐greenness (a*), yellowness‐blueness (b*), total color differences (∆E), hue angle (h</p>
...
