A poetic vision appeared in the poem of Al-Abbas bin Mardas Al-Sulami. He lived in the eras of pre-Islamic times and the emergence of Islam. The focus of this research: is the study of poetic text in the pre-Islamic era and the era of early Islam. The research followed a method in treating poetic texts, as it is based on presenting poetic texts from the collection of Al-Abbas bin Mardas, explaining the features of his poetic vision, and examining all the external factors that surrounded the poet and influenced his vision and all his thoughts. Our description of the wxperience of any poet depends on the nature the anture of his writing or his style in terms of factors affecting his experience . We have found that al- Maghout is characterized by important poetis properties that characterized all of his poetry such as the ease in compositions that are formed the vocabulary of daily life . This is what constitutes his poetic lexicon that depends on the vocabulary of space , time , and anture . Hispoetry derives its aesthetics from revealing that strains in the text for the sake of surprise and amazement with a simple realism.

This study focused on two areas in AL-Najaf city, AL-Ruhbah and Al-Haydariyah regions because of the importance and widespread use of groundwater in these areas.
