The attitude of Imam Ibn Jarir al-Tabari to the occurrence of unanimous and its convening by statement of the majority in light of his interpretation - Jami` al-Bayan on the interpretation of the verse of the Qur’an -‘‘Applied Models’’

The research deals with the statement of the importance of unanimous in Islamic Sharia in terms of being the third source of Islamic legislation after the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the extent of interest of the scholars of interpretation in it, and those who took great interest in mentioning what was agreed upon in every site that necessitated mentioning its issues within, or mentioning an event that has encountered an unanimous, and in various sciences, to extract and extrapolate Sharia rules when these rules are lost in the texts, because it is based on them and derived from them. Among these distinguished scholars is Muhammad bin Jarir al-Tabari. Besides, the research discusses interpretational applications for some meanings of Quran’ vocabulary, as well as the opinion of al-Tabari in some Fiqh rules that he was singled out for based on his disagreement with the majority of fundamentalists on a fundamental issue of unanimous issues, namely: Does unanimous convenes when the most diligent of the scholars state about a matter that needs their unanimous? Or is it not convened without the agreement of all of them without violating any of them? So, he went on to say: The unanimous is convened with the disagreement of one and two of scholars in face of the agreement of most of the agreed ones, because the majorities are scholars and interpreters. Thus, he adopts the unanimous of the majority, and, for him, those who have not reached the limit of the frequency have been considered neither as a disagreement issue nor breaking the unanimous, nor disagreeing with it. In this issue, the majority of the scholars said: The condition for convening the unanimous along with its occurrence is the agreement of all diligents without fear of any one of them, otherwise there will be no unanimous

Estimation Curve Numbers using GIS and Hec-GeoHMS Model
...Show More Authors

Recently, the development and application of the hydrological models based on Geographical Information System (GIS) has increased around the world. One of the most important applications of GIS is mapping the Curve Number (CN) of a catchment. In this research, three softwares, such as an ArcView GIS 9.3 with ArcInfo, Arc Hydro Tool and Geospatial Hydrologic Modeling Extension (Hec-GeoHMS) model for ArcView GIS 9.3, were used to calculate CN of (19210 ha) Salt Creek watershed (SC) which is located in Osage County, Oklahoma, USA. Multi layers were combined and examined using the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) ArcMap 2009. These layers are soil layer (Soil Survey Geographic SSURGO), 30 m x 30 m resolution of Digital Elevati

Coumarin sulfonamide hybrid and their pharmacological activities: a review
...Show More Authors

Heterocycles are diverse compounds that have importance in medicinal chemistry [ 1, 2]. As part of a class of oxygen-containing benzoheterocycles (fused six membered)[3], coumarins (1) are natural lactones in which the benzene ring and α-pyrone are fused together [ 4] the conjugation of coumarin with different pharmacophores gives many hybrids with various pharmacological activities [5]. Sulfonamides (SN)(2), or sulfanilamides belong to a significant class of synthetic antimicrobial medications that are used as broad-spectrum pharmaceuticals to treat bacterial infections in humans and animals

Credit Card Fraud Detection Challenges and Solutions: A Review
...Show More Authors

Credit card fraud has become an increasing problem due to the growing reliance on electronic payment systems and technological advances that have improved fraud techniques. Numerous financial institutions are looking for the best ways to leverage technological advancements to provide better services to their end users, and researchers used various protection methods to provide security and privacy for credit cards. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the challenges and the proposed solutions to address them. This review provides an overview of the most recent research on the detection of fraudulent credit card transactions to protect those transactions from tampering or improper use, which includes imbalance classes, c

Association Between Periodontal Disease and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Diseases: Revisited
...Show More Authors

Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ACVD) is an inflammatory disease of the coronary arteries associated with atheroma formation, which can cause disability and often death. Periodontitis is ranked as the sixth most prevalent disease affecting humans affecting 740 million people worldwide. In the last few decades, researchers have focused on the effect of periodontal disease (PD) on cardiovascular disease. The aim of this review was to investigate the association between these two diseases. PD is a potential risk factor that may initiate the development, maturation, and instability of atheroma in the arteries. Two mechanisms were proposed to explain such association, either periodontal pathogens directly invade bloodstream or in

Unsupervised model for aspect categorization and implicit aspect extraction
...Show More Authors

People’s ability to quickly convey their thoughts, or opinions, on various services or items has improved as Web 2.0 has evolved. This is to look at the public perceptions expressed in the reviews. Aspect-based sentiment analysis (ABSA) deemed to receive a set of texts (e.g., product reviews or online reviews) and identify the opinion-target (aspect) within each review. Contemporary aspect-based sentiment analysis systems, like the aspect categorization, rely predominantly on lexicon-based, or manually labelled seeds that is being incorporated into the topic models. And using either handcrafted rules or pre-labelled clues for performing implicit aspect detection. These constraints are restricted to a particular domain or language which is

Direct and inverse source problems for degenerate parabolic equations

Abstract
Degenerate parabolic partial differential equations (PDEs) with vanishing or unbounded leading coefficient make the PDE non-uniformly parabolic, and new theories need to be developed in the context of practical applications of such rather unstudied mathematical models arising in porous media, population dynamics, financial mathematics, etc. With this new challenge in mind, this paper considers investigating newly formulated direct and inverse problems associated with non-uniform parabolic PDEs where the leading space- and time-dependent coefficient is allowed to vanish on a non-empty, but zero measure, kernel set. In the context of inverse analysis, we consider the linear but ill-pose
... Show More

Mechanisms for Achieving a Green Economy and Practical Challenges
...Show More Authors

In light of accelerating environmental degradation, the transition to a green economy is an imperative for achieving sustainable development. This study provides a critical analysis of the international legal and institutional framework governing this transition, revealing a significant gap between normative developments and the institutional framework on one hand, and their practical implementation on the other. The transition faces legal obstacles, including reliance on non-binding voluntary commitments and conflicts between environmental obligations and global trade and investment rules. It also reveals a significant financing gap, as financial flows to developing countries continue to lag behind commitments, in add

Carbon Sources and Riverine Algal Biomass: An Experimental Study
...Show More Authors

A lotic ecosystem is considered a source of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere where it becomes supersaturated with CO2, which contributes to the global carbon cycle. To enhance our comprehension of the roles of CO2 in rivers, an outdoor experiment was designed with controlled carbon source inputs to investigate the roles of the dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) in the phytoplankton community. Plastic enclosures were installed in the Tigris River within Baghdad for that goal. Samples were collected on the first day, as well as on the 5th and the 12th days from 14 enclosures. The enclosures were treated by artificial glucose (C6H12O6) (10, 20, 30mg/ l) as DOC sources, while sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) (1
