Mauddud Formation (Albian stage-the Early Cretaceous) is an important oil reservoir in Ratawi field of southern Iraq. Four wells, R T-2, R T-3, R T-6, and R T-7, located 70 km northwest of Basra, were selected to study microfacies properties and petrophysical associations with the probability of oil production. Seventy-seven core samples are collected, and thin sections for petrographic analysis. The self-potential, Gamma-ray, resistivity, and porosity logs are used to determine the top and bottom of the Mauddud Formation. The ability of beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) to uptake three pharmaceuticals (diclofenac, mefenamic acid and metronidazole) from two types of soil (clay and sandy soil) was investigated in this study to explore the human exposure to these pharmaceuticals via the consumption of beans. A pot experiment was conducted with beans plants which were grown in two types of soil for six weeks under controlled conditions. The aim of the present study was to isolated the Enterococcus spp. from milk samples of cow and vaginal swabs from aborted women and patient women in Baghdad during September 2016 to april 2017. All 100 milk sample collecting was carried out on California Mastitis Test (CMT) and the positive Percentage of CMT reactions was 5% and the percentage of Enterococcus isolates from mastitic milk was 60% and 30% from nonmasitic milk.
