إنَّ مِنْ أسباب نظر الإنسان وتعمقه في العلم أنْ يحرص على تتبع  المسائل الفقهية المُشْكِلة ومن ثم بيان وجه الاشكال فيها، وذلك من خلال ذكر مسالك العلماء في توجيه ذلك الاشكال، لأن هناك من العلماء من امتنع عن الافتاء في بعض المسائل المُشْكِلة، فلمَّا علمت أنَّ معرفة المسائل الفقهية المُشْكِلة مِنْ الأُمور الضَّرورية المهمة لكل طالب علم  يُريد الفهم ال

الهدف من هذا البحث قياس البرامج التدريبية والتعرف على طبيعتها ومن ثم قياس كيفية انعكاسها على جودة الخدمات البلدية من قبل الدوائر البلدية المبحوثة من خلال قياس الجودة بالاعتماد على معايير قياس الجودة ، وقد أختار الباحث أربعة دوائر بلدية في قطاع الرصافة/ بغداد وهي بلدية (الشعب، الاعظمية، بغداد الجديدة، الصدر الاولى)، وأختيرت عينة عشوائية طبقية من (164) فردا يمثلون المديرين ومعاونيهم ومسؤولي الأقسام البلدية

يناقش هذا البحث مشكلة التعدد الخطي شبه التام في انموذج الانحدار اللاخطي ( انموذج الانحدار اللوجستي المتعدد) ، عندما يكون المتغير المعتمد متغير نوعيا يمثل ثنائي الاستجابة اما ان يساوي واحد لحدوث استجابة او صفر لعدم حدوث استجابة ، من خلال استعمال مقدرات المركبات الرئيسية التكرارية(IPCE)  التي تعتمد على الاوزان الاعتيادية والاوزان البيزية الشرطية .

تمثلت مشكلة البحث في ان لاعبي الناشئين  يعتمدون في أدائهم المهارى اثناء المباريات في اغلب الأحيان استخدام المهارات الأساسية المعروفة وابتعادهم عن لعب المهارات المتطورة مثل الضربة الحاسمة، وكان الغرض من البحث  اعداد تمرينات باستخدام أدوات مقترحة لتعلم الضربة الحاسمة ومعرفة تاثيرها في تعلم مهارة الضربة الحاسمة لعينة البحث. استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ذات الاختبار
