Calendar art activities in private schools Secondary School in Baghdad: سناء عبد الامير حسين

The technical activities designed to highlight the creations of students by providing activities appropriate to their abilities and capabilities within and outside the school, which is a way for the development of learning and learner behavior aimed at directing guidance educationally and artistically.As a result of the efforts of modern educational activities, art has become part of the philosophy of the modern school and part of the modern curriculum. Because it is enough to configure the practices and habits of a satisfactory and acceptable, and is characterized by precision, order and beauty.Through the researcher with a survey of previous studies that dealt with art activities and found that all studies have been confined to a calendar of these activities in public schools only, since the phenomenon of private schools a new phenomenon began in 2003 has increased in the recent increase is striking, prompting the researcher to study the reality of artistic activity in these schools is the civil and whether the required level and commensurate with the rapid developments taking place in Iraqi society at all levels, so the researcher felt that this is a problem it is necessary to pay attention to them. Therefore, considered to address identified ((calendar artistic activities in private schools at the secondary level in Baghdad))The current study targeted the following:1 - Studying the reality of artistic activities in the schools of civil secondary stage of the first breeding Rusafa in Baghdad.2 - Calendar artistic activities in the schools of civil secondary stage from the viewpoint of teachers and teachers of art education in it.The sample research (6) teacher and a school for art education at the secondary level out (30) teacher and a school were selected randomly, by (3) males and (3) of females, were selected (20%) of the total secondary school Of the (30) high school in the Directorate of Education / Rusafa one).The most important results that could be reached as follows: -1 - only the role of teachers and teachers of art education on the administration and supervision, and lacks the guidance and training students to artistic activities.2 - Number of students participating in artistic activities is the proportion of very weak compared with the total number of students in secondary schools.3 - did not adopt the high school civil claim of a complete artistic activities, these activities did not receive adequate support for their development

Assessment of the Level of Trace Metals in Commonly Edible Vegetables and Fruits of Baghdad City (Iraq)

A study was carried out to determine the concentrations of trace metals in vegetables and fruits, which are locally available in the markets of Baghdad-samples of fourteen varieties of vegetables and fruits, belonging to Beta vulgaris, Brassica rapa, Daucus carota, Allium cepa, Eurica sativa, Malva silvestris, Coriandrum Sativum, Trigonella Foenum craecum, Anethum graveolens, Barassica oleracea, Phaseolus vulgaris, citrus reticulata, Py rus malus, and Punica granatum. Analysis for Cd,Pb, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn were determined by flame atomic absorption sp ectrophotometry. Experimental Evaluation of the Performance of One-Axis Daily Tracking and Fixed PV Module in Baghdad, Iraq

An attempt was made to evaluate the PV performance of one-axis daily tracking and fixed system for Baghdad, Iraq. Two experimental simulations were conducted on a PV module for that purpose. Measurements included incident solar radiation, load voltage and load current. The first experiment was carried out for six months of winter half of year to simulate the one-axis daily tracking. The azimuth angle was due south while the tilt angle was being set to optimum according to each day of simulation. The second experiment was done at one day to simulate the PV module of fixed angles. Characterization of Quartz and Calcite Particle size Presents in Local Dust Fell on Baghdad on June 2009

Dust samples have been collected from three areas in Baghdad during dust storm occurred in 18th of June 2009 to characterize elemental particle size and composition by different techniques. The x-ray diffraction detected six minerals those are calcite, and quartz, present as a major components, dolomite, kaolinite, gypsum and plagioclase present as miner components .EDX detected some normal elements presented in local soil except traces of lead , nickel, and chromium. One hundred isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were obtained from patients admitted to Baghdad hospitals, Iraq during the period between May 2018 until July 2018. These isolates were distributed as 15 isolates from blood, 25 isolates from urinary tract infections, 10 isolates from sputum, 12 isolates from wounds, 15 isolates from ear infections, 15 isolates from bronchial wash of patients suffering from respiratory tract infections in addition to 8 isolates from cystic fibrosis patients. 339 individuals , were sorted from 22 samples collected from three sites in Tigris River including , Al- Sarafiya district (S1), Al- Jaderiyah district (S2) and Al-Za'afaraniya district (S3), in addition to one site in the irrigation canal of the Al- Jaderiyah campus of the University of Baghdad (S4) , and in Al- Jeish canal(S5) east Baghdad. The sorting results revealed that the highest number of individuals of 102 was recorded at S4, whereas the lowest number of 24 individuals was recorded at S2.
