هذا البحث عبارة عن تحقيق لمخطوط في علم الكلام, وعنوان المخطوط هو: (رسالة مؤلفة في كلام الله تعالى), وهذه الرسالة من تأليفات أحد أكابر العلماء في عصره, وهو العلامة ملا عبد الرحمن البنجويني (1319هـ). قام الباحث بإخراج النص بالاعتماد على ثلاث نسخ خطية للرسالة, كما قام بدراسة حياة المؤلف, وموضوع الرسالة.

In this work, porous Silicon structures are formed with photochemical etching process of n-type Silicon(111) wafers of resistivity (0.02.cm) in hydrofluoric acid (HF) of concentration (39%wt) under light source of tungeston halogen lamp of (100 Watt) power. Samples were anodized in a solution of 39%HF and ethanol at 1:1 for 15 minutes. The samples were realized on n-type Si substrates Porous Silicon layers of 100m thickness and 30% of porousity. Optical losses represent one of the primary obstacles to increasing the efficiency of silicon solar cells. The recommended solution to minimize optical losses is the use of plasmonic metal nanoparticles; however, they act as recombination centers within the solar cell construction, leading to a decrease in performance.
