This research has targeted a prototype for the continuous development correction of the educational programs based on analyzing (61) evaluation studies through the correction study standard that prepared by the researcher, then she found indicators that approved by applying (Delphy) method.
The research aim has achieved through preparing a prototype which consists of four stages; they are:
1. Correcting the educational program framework
2. Correcting the educational program plan
3. Correcting the implementing processes of the educational program
4. Correcting the educational program outputs.
It has been developed some recommendations and proposals.

This thesis aims at identifying:

1. The level of qualitative efficiency of higher studies students in educational and psychological fields in the colleges of education Baghdad according to the perspectives of both teachers and students.
2. The statistical differences in levels of qualitative efficiency of higher studies students in educational and psychological fields in the colleges of education in  Baghdad Collegeteacher's viewpoints with reference to the two variables of the scientific title and gender.

This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in achieving educational and learning goals from the point of view of educational supervisors in the stage of basic education. The descriptive method was adopted. As for the sample size, it has reached (59) educational supervisors. A questionnaire consisting of 29 paragraphs divided into four areas was used. The research aimed at designing a rehabilitation program using electric stimulation for rehabilitating knee joint working muscles as a result of ACL tear using an apparatus developed by the researchers that stimulate the muscle vibration and work as well as the ability to rehabilitate the join in shorter periods. In addition to that, it aimed at identifying the effect of this program on rehabilitating the knee joint working muscles. The researchers used the experimental method on Baghdad clubs’ players who suffer from complete knee joint ACL tear aged (19 – 24) years old. The results showed that the training program developed the working muscles significantly achieving normal levels of activity.
