  The study focused on the results of first paleostress from thrust fault slip data on Tertiary age of Hemrin North Structure, North of Iraq. The stress inversion was performed for fault slip data using an improved right dihedral model, and then followed by rotational optimization (Georient Software). The trend of the principal stress axes (σ1, σ2 and σ3) and the ratio of the principal stress differences (R) show the main paleostress field is NE-SW compression regime. CuO nanoparticles were synthesized in two different ways, firstly by precipitation method using copper acetate monohydrate Cu(CO₂CH₁₃)₂·H2O, glacial acetic acid (CH3COOH) and sodium hydroxide(NaOH), and secondly by sol-gel method using copper chloride(CuCl₂), sodium  hydroxide (NaOH) and ethanol (C₂H₆O). Porous silicon was prepared by using electrochemical etching process. The structure, electrical, and photoelectrical properties had been performed. This  investigation was conducted to recognize the structure for (RHETI version 2.5  1999) by using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Sample of (620) student of Al-Mustansrya University were administered the (RHETI).

The data of their responses was analyzed by using (PAF) and oblique rotating .

The findings explored (9) factors as one factor for each type and (184) items were loaded by the factors: (60) item for feeling center, (61) items for instinctive center and (63) items for thinking center.
