The study aims to identify the reality of the use of educational technology in the teaching of mathematics from the point of view of mathematics teachers in Amman, where the researcher used the descriptive survey method. The sample included (67) female teachers working in public schools in Amman. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The paper deals with claims in construction projects in Iraq and studies their types, causes, impacts, resolution methods and then proposes a management system to control the impacts of claims. Two parts have been done to achieve the research objective (theoretical part and practical part). Corners are one of the most important feature to describe image, therefore there are many algorithms to detect corners such as Harris, FAST, SUSAN, etc. Harris is a method for corner detection and it is an efficient and accurate feature detection method. Harris corner detection is rotation invariant but it isn’t scale invariant. This paper presents an efficient harris corner detector invariant to scale, this improvement done by using gaussian function with different scales. The experimental results illustrate that it is very useful to use Gaussian linear equation to deal with harris weakness.
