The Application of Experimentation in the Iraqi theatre shows "Othello in the Kitchen" As a model: عادل كريم سالم
...Show More Authors

The researcher tackles the most outstanding conditions of experimentation, the importance of the study lies in being helpful to the workers in the field of theatre in general and directors in particular which the conditions of experimentation that should be taken. The study aims at knowing the experimental basis which the director (Sami Abdulhamid) followed in the realization of this. The researcher tackles in the First inquiry the concept of experimentation and the second tackles the conditions of experimentation. In the methodology of study the researcher analyzed the show of the "Othello in the Kitchen" and comes up to the following: 1. the dhows has cone with the nature of the previous shows experienced the methods that were not familiar before. The director did not depend on a ready-made directive plan carried by the acting staff because experimentation was concentrated in the play "Othello in the Kitchen" through working on the hypotheses.

Bioremediation of contaminated soil with hydrocarbons discharged from liquid petroleum gas filling refineries by Burkholdaria cepatia
...Show More Authors

Commercial, industrial, and military activity, largely in the 19th and 20th centuries, have led to  environmental pollution that can threaten human health and ecosystem function, liquid gas petroleum (LPG) products are the major sources of energy for industry and daily life that cause environmental contamination during various stages of production, transportation, refining and use. Screening of bacterial isolate by using clear zone techniques and biomass and optical density. Results revealed that isolate Burkholdaria cepatia showed a high ability for hydrocarbons biodegradation and this isolate identified depending on morphological cultural, gram stain, microscopic features, biochemical tests, and VITEK2 compact.   In this study,

Enhancement of <i>Chlorella vulgaris</i> bioethanol production by optimizing phosphorus concentrations
...Show More Authors

This study investigated the bioethanol production from green algae Chlorella vulgaris depending on its carbohydrate-enriched biomass. Four different phosphorous concentrations were employed to stimulate bioethanol production from Chlorella vulgaris. The impact of various phosphorous values on Chlorella vulgaris growth rate as well as primary product (carbohydrate) were evaluated. High performance liquid chromatography was utilized in this work. The stationary phase was identified as day 14, 12, 10 and 6 in treatments 6, 4, 2 and g/L, respectively. The findings suggest that the treatment without phosphorous addition had the highest record of carbohydrate content (22.64% dry weight) as well as the highest bioethanol yield (20.66% dry weight).

Artificial Intelligence Based Deep Bayesian Neural Network (DBNN) Toward Personalized Treatment of Leukemia with Stem Cells
...Show More Authors

The dynamic development of computer and software technology in recent years was accompanied by the expansion and widespread implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) based methods in many aspects of human life. A prominent field where rapid progress was observed are high‐throughput methods in biology that generate big amounts of data that need to be processed and analyzed. Therefore, AI methods are more and more applied in the biomedical field, among others for RNA‐protein binding sites prediction, DNA sequence function prediction, protein‐protein interaction prediction, or biomedical image classification. Stem cells are widely used in biomedical research, e.g., leukemia or other disease studies. Our proposed approach of

Structural, morphology and optical properties of AlxSb1-x thin films prepared by Pulsed laser deposition (PLD)
...Show More Authors

AlxSb1-x compounds with different aluminum content(x=0.1, 0.3 , 0.5 , 0.7 and 0.9 ) were prepared by mixing the two elements in the appropriate ratios in quartz ampulla which then sealed and put in an oven at 1273 and left 5 hours. The obtained powder were grinded and then pressed in pellets shape which will be the target to prepare thin films samples. AlxSb1-x thin films were synthesized by PLD with ~ 150nm in thickness .The structures of AlxSb1-x powders and thin films were determined using X–ray diffraction. The data revealed that all the prepare AlxSb1-x bulk and thin films have polycrystalline . The results showed that increasing of Al reduced the crystallinity of the prepared samples at the first but then the opposite take pla

Behavior of axially loaded concrete composite columns encased with <scp>GFRP</scp> and steel I‐sections
...Show More Authors
Abstract<p>The aim of this investigation is to evaluate the experimental and numerical effectiveness of a new kind of composite column by using Glass Fiber‐Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) I‐section as well as steel I‐section in comparison to the typical reinforced concrete one. The experimental part included testing six composite columns categorized into two groups according to the slenderness ratio and tested under concentric axial load. Each group contains three specimens with the same dimensions and length, while different cross‐section configurations were used. Columns with reinforced concrete cross‐section (reference column), encased GFRP I‐section, and encased steel I‐section were adopted in each </p> ... Show More

Green biosynthesized silver nanoparticles using aqueous extract of Salix alba: antimicrobial and cytogenetic effects on mitosis
...Show More Authors

Background Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using plant extracts has gained increasing attention as an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional chemical methods. Salix alba L contains bioactive phytochemicals that can act as reducing and stabilizing agents during nanoparticle synthesis. This study aimed to synthesize AgNPs using an aqueous bark extract of S. alba and to evaluate their antimicrobial and cytogenetic effects. Methods Silver nanoparticles were synthesized by mixing S. alba aqueous e

Automated empowerment and its effectiveness to developing skill performance for dribbling and passing accuracy of football
...Show More Authors

Among the many modern skill-enhancing work practices, machine learning is among the mostskill-enhancing practices in the workplace, as it helps students remember more of what they havelearned, hone the technical talents and skills of football players, and make better use of theirmotor skills. The use of machine learning and its practical applications in football could havesignificant benefits by improving talent development and making better use of scientifictechniques. The primary objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness of machinelearning in improving soccer dribbling and passing accuracy in children aged 10-12 years. Thestudy authors hypothesized that soccer players in the Al-Zohour Neighborhood Youth Forumwould greatly
