Preserving the independence and sovereignty of the countries of the South Caucasus region, establishing political and economic stability in the region, and supporting regional cooperation are the main elements of Turkish foreign policy towards the region. The South Caucasus region, which has historical and cultural ties between it and Turkey, is a bridge that links Turkey to Central Asia.                     

     Turkey later developed advanced relations with Azerbaijan and Georgia. However, the same momentum was not achieved in terms of relations with Armenia because of the conflict over Nagorny Karabakh

The two terms"of fective intelligece and organizational intelligence" is it is the emotional intelligency and organizational intelligency"are considered as one of the contemporany terms which the various organizations started to function them in their activities to in crease their efficiency.

This study aims at examining those two terms and the possibility of their functioning them in one of the general organizations and the questionnaire is used as atool to gather information that are distributed on asample consists of (50)employees and selected randomly from various organizationl levels.

The researcher aims to  detect the emotive equanimity in kindergartens teachers,also to uncover the anxiousness in children of kindergartens,then to detect the relationship between them,then to choose the simple random way which is about(180) teachers and children,when the twore searchers made two tools to measure the emotive equanimity and the anxiety for both teachers and children,statistical methods had been used include:(pearsons correlation coefficient,t-test for one sample,t-test for two independent samples are individuals).the researcher led to multiple results:

1-the teacher has an emotive equanimity.

2-children has no anxiousness.

This research aims to find out "the effectiveness of the self-questioning strategy in the achievement of students Phase III institutes of teacher preparation and decision-making in chemistry." This study aims to identify the degree to which the first cycle teachers use different feedback patterns in the E-learning system, to identify the differences in the degree of use according to specialization, teaching experience, and in-service training in the field of classroom assessment as well as the interaction between them. The study sample consisted of (350) female teachers of the first cycle in the governmental schools in Muscat Governorate for the academic year 2020/2021. The study used a questionnaire containing four different feedback patterns: reinforcement, informative, corrective, and interpretive feedback.
