This paper demonstrates the construction designing analysis and control strategies for fully tracking concentrated solar thermal by using programmable logic control in the city of Erbil-Iraq. This work used the parabolic dish as a concentrated solar thermal. Sewer network is one of the important utilities in modern cities which discharge the sewage from all facilities. The increase of population numbers consequently leads to the increase in water consumption; hence waste water generation. Sewer networks work is very expensive and need to be designed accurately. Thus construction effective sewer network system with minimum cost is very necessary to handle waste water generation.

This Action research aimed at Assisting Students of Faculty of Educational Sciences  at Al-Quds Open University to design computerized  lessons using the Power Point software and according to ADDIE model. The study sample consisted of 40 students  who were taking a course titled Technology of Education during the second semester of the 2014-2015 academic year and three academic instructors .
