يعد كتاب(الفهرست) لإبن النديم أول كتاب جامع في القرن الرابع الهجري ،حصر الكتب و المؤلفات العربية و رصدها في مجالات العلم و المعرفة و الثقافة و الفن ،و اللغة والأدب و الشعر بما يكشف عن النشاط الفكري ، و الحياة العقلية و العلمية للعصر .

Literary heritage and its employment in poetry has received the attention of poets, and they have employed it in their literary texts, as this employment is one of the oldest phenomena in Arabic literature, that the inspiration of this heritage in texts through the overlap of their texts with previous texts, and no poet neglected the importance of this employment.

Somal is considered one of the unstable and restless African Arabian country in
comparison with other Arabian. It has been exposed to division and separation by
European colonization process that worked hardly on dividing this country according to
Berlin conference (1884-1885). Even after obtaining its independence during the sixties
and being led by civilian organizations which were unable to solve the problems of
Somalian society after obtaining the independence.
Somal continued its suffering even after the military rule under the leadership of
Mohammed Sayad Beree.

       يهدف هذا البحث الموسوم بـ (المنهج النقدي في كتاب الرجال للنجاشي(ت 450هـ )إلى تسليط الضوء على حياة النجاشي ومكانته العلمية والكشف عن منهجه النقدي في كتابه المذكور. 

This research deals with the idea of how the poetic reading can be a
rich field for producing the potential meanings in each text, through observing
the connection of the words and their link with other, thus composes, from the
collection of these interlaced meanings, what is called the poetic significant
(Symbolic) elaboration which deals with the reader of the text by regarding
him as a producer not as a consumer who can read a conscious reading, and
be diligent to solve the problem of the links of the relations among the
inspiring words because the language of poetry is an inspired language which
is capable of diversity and multiplicity of readings which is called the Symbolic
elaboration.

Deception is defined as a linguistic and non-linguistic behavior that is used in interaction in order to make the addressees believe what is believed to be false or lack evidence. McCornack (1992) classifies deception into four manipulative strategies (i.e., fabrication, distortion, equivocation and concealment), other scholars argue that deception encompasses the strategies of “fabrication (outright lying), equivocation (being vague and ambiguous), or concealment (with holding relevant information) Thus, the present study investigates the deception strategies and motives that are used by Johnny Depp and Amber Heard during their defamation trials.         تمت دراسة سرعة الاخلاف في النوع Branchiura sowerbyi وعلاقتها بدرجات الحرارة حيث لوحظ ان قابلية هذه الديدان على اخلاف الحلقات الجسمية التي تحوي على الخيوط الغلصمية تكون اسرع من قابليتها على اخلاف الحلقات الجسمية الاخرى وبنسبة موت اقل خاصة في درجة حرارة ( 20 ± 3 ) م°.
