In this research , design and study a (beam expander) for the Nd – YAG laser with (1.06 ?m) Wavelength has been studied at 5X zoom with narrow diversion in the room temperature. by using (ZEMAX) to study the system. Evaluate its performance via (ZEMAX) outputs, as bright Spot Diagram via (RMS), Ray Fan Plot, Geometric Encircled Energy and the value of Focal shift. Then study the effect of field of view on the outputs in the room temperature.

Path planning in autonomous robotic systems (ARS) is challenging, especially in dynamic or uncertain environments. Primary amide derivatives as histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACIs) are very rare. This paper describes the synthesis of primary amide derivatives (compounds 6 and 7) that have the requirements to be histone deacetylase inhibitors of the zinc-binding type. Both of them exhibited good cytotoxicity against the tested cancer cell lines with much lower cytotoxicity against normal cell line.

Analysis of Covariance consider to be quite important procedure to reduce the effect of some independents factors before going through the experiment.

By this procedure we can compare variances causes from the difference between treatments and error term variance of they are equals or less than consider to be not significant, otherwise if is significant.

We carry on with this comparison until we find the greatest covser for the significant variance flam the treatments.

There are methods can be used like least significant difference method, Duncan method and Turkeys' w-procedure and Student Newman.
