مشكلة البحث

Language is a gift from God to His servants, as it is a tool of communication, rather it is a tool of life, and without it, life cannot be straight and complete.

  A language is a kind of substitution. A vocal disorder that  may be a disease of speech, and it is one of the obstacles caused by organic and congenital causes, perhaps the common one is genetic.If we separate between lisping in children and separating it from what happens in adults, we find that lisping in children may have psychological causes as well as other ones, this is what we will show in this research.

The main target of this paper is to determine the optimum time for preventive maintenance on machines. Tow methods has been implemented estimating the optimum time duration for preventive maintenance . the first techniques use scheduling depending on data concerning the machine maintenance cost and halted cost from the production reach to the optimum time for maintenance which reflect the minimum cost. Where as the second techniques depends on reability function to estimate the optimum duration time which reflect the minimum cost. The tow techniques above by which we count on in fixing the preventive maintenance both give same result . we also prove that the scheduling method best than the reability function .

        يأخذ هذا النوع من الدراسات أهميته في مجال الدراسات التاريخية لاسيما انه يقوم على أساس البحث والتقصي عن بعض الظواهر في المعاجم كونها  تمثل المصدر الأساسي الذي وجدنا فيه الجزء الأعظم من  تلك المادة المفقودة لكتاب النبات لابو حنيفة الدينوري.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء العلاقة الديناميكية بين التحولات السياسية والحراك الشعبي وتأثيرهما في تجسيد الزيارة الأربعينية في العراق، من خلال تحليل تطورها الرمزي وتفاعلها مع سياسات الحكومات العراقية المتعاقبة منذ تأسيسها عام 1921 وحتى مرحلة ما بعد 2003. تُفصل الدراسة كيفية تعامل السلطات العراقية المتعاقبة مع الزيارة الأربعينية، مع تسليط الضوء على اعتبار الزيارة منبراً للتعبير عن الحراك الشعبي والرفض للإجرا
