The aim of this study is to use style programming goal and technical programming goal fuzzy to study assessing need annual accurately and correctly depending on the data and information about the quantity the actual use of medicines and medical supplies in all hospitals and health institutions during a certain period where they were taking the company public for the marketing of medicines and medical supplies sample for research. A field experiment was conducted during winter season of 2021 at a research station of college of agricultural engineering sciences, university of Baghdad to determine the response of active fertility percentage and seed yield and its components of faba bean (Vicia faba L. cv. Aguadulce) to distance between plants and spraying of nano and traditional boron. A Randomized Complete Block Design according to split-plots arrangement was used at three replicates. Methodology: A descriptive analytic study about conducted for a purposive (non probability) sample of one hundred  labor women interview validity and reliability of questionnaire are determined through panel of experts and pilot study.
