Processors Functional Design In Public Interior Spaces
...Show More Authors

It is general known that any design in various fields such as the interior design in the field of spaces interior for the public and specific buildings that is concern about the use of humans resident , as well as other considerations relating to the organization of design elements and lines of locomotors activity and the validity of appropriate receiving to provide comfort and achieve the requirements of the position in the space of restaurants field of research.
The researcher choose the title of this study (processors design career in public spaces), the analytical study of the spaces of restaurants, as one of the public spaces that are running in their general environment of people in various strata , ages and other levels , which is require not only the depend on the mechanism of action but also the suitable processors with the nature of the position and the space size with its users .
As the researcher mention above , this research included four chapters, the first chapter contains the research problem and its significance and the objectives of the research and its limits, and then select definitions .
The second chapter has dealt with the theoretical framework, including general results signals for the research and as a foundations for analytical processors in space description.
The third chapter consisted of field research procedures, which is methodology determined by analytical descriptive methods , then the research community and the selected sample of the selected spaces from world wild web sites, and search tool that it is a application for determine the analytical axes forms , and finally a description the sample and analysis.
The fourth chapter put the results of the field research, conclusions and proposals then recommendations.
The most important points of the study from the results can be summarized as follows:
1.Rectangular came to embody the idea of linear regulation that achieves independence and isolation users have more than one cell assembly and central shorting between users.
2. Ease of service delivery staff have space for customers, in this organization, which gives the progress of linear motion and clear and not confusing to navigate, and this organization is optimized in such spaces have elongation.
3. Must be diversity in the shape or color of assets in case of repetition boring as it appeared the three samples.
4. The shape and size of the internal spaces of the three samples impose the type and size of the form and methods of distribution of assets, in particular pieces of furniture from dining tables and seating seats.
5. The possibility of processors available in the first and second samples are wider and larger ones in the third sample is completely non-existent due to lack of space that contains Hits and by the middle wall represented the center of the space.
6. The space overlap in the distribution system to achieve visual communication and extension as achieved severity glass in the holes and also achieved Mari , this case has appeared in the first sample specifically

Effect of Different Compressor Speeds on the Energy and Exergy of an Automobile Air-Conditioner Using R134a in the Absence and Presence of a Liquid-Suction Heat Exchanger
...Show More Authors

Refrigerant R134a has been widely utilized in automotive air conditioning systems (AACSs); R134a has a high global warming potential (GWP) of 1430 despite having zero ozone depletion potential (ODP). Coming refrigeration systems must include refrigerants with low GWP and zero ODP. The aim of this experimental study is to evaluate the thermal performance of an (AAC) with different values of compressor speeds, i.e., (1000, 1700, and 2400 rpm) and two thermal loads, i.e., (500 and 1000 Watt) with the absence and presence of liquid suction heat exchanger (LSHX) using R134a. The results showed that adding LSHX enhanced the COP cycle by 7.18%, 10.7%, and 3.09% for the first, second, and third speed, respectively, at 500 Watt, while the en

Impact of TYMS gene polymorphism on the outcome of methotrexate treatment in a sample of Iraqi rheumatoid arthritis patients – identification of novel single nucleotide polymorphism: Cross-sectional study
...Show More Authors

The current work aims to evaluate the association between genetic mutations in thymidylate synthetase (TYMS gene in exon1 and partial regions of promotor and intron 1 [877 bp, 657,220–658,096 bp]) and the therapeutic outcomes for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) Iraqi patients. An observational cross-sectional study involving 95 RA patients with established RA patients based on their methotrexate treatment responsiveness. Genetic sequencing of the TYMS gene was performed for all patients according to the instruction manuals of the sequencing company (Macrogen Inc. Geumchen, South Korea). Four polymorphisms were identified by sequencing 95 randomly selected patients in the noncoding region of TYMS

Effects of Aldosterone, Osteoprotegerin and Fibroblast Growth Factor-23 and Some Biochemical Markers in Chronic Kidney Disease Patients (Stage II-IV) among Patients with or without Cardiovascular Events
...Show More Authors

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a public health problem and many studies support the link between kidney dysfunction and cardiovascular events.  Aldosterone has been shown for decades that a plasma aldosterone concentration is elevated in CKD. Whilst, Osteoprotegerin (OPG), after its capacity to protect bone, also osteoprotegerin is elevated in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), where it could predict the deterioration of kidney function, cardiovascular, vascular events and all-cause mortality. On the other hand, fibroblast growth factors (FGFs), in patients with CKD, its levels seem to increase progressively as kidney function worsens. The aim of the present study is to assess the correlations between serum osteoprotegerin

Evaluating molecular study of the association of Glutathione S – Transferase GST (T1 , M1) genetic polymorphism in Iraqi Arab Femals with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Coronary Artery Disease
...Show More Authors

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a major health concern and leading of death in individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Glutathione S – Transferase(GST) are known for their broad range of detoxification and in the metabolism of xenobiotics . The role of functional variants of these genes in the development of various disorder is proven. We investigated the possible role of these variants in the development of CAD in T2DM patients. In this case – control study a total of 60 patients (T2DM = 30 ; T2DM – CAD = 30) and 30 controls were included. Serum lipid profiles were measured and DNA was extracted from the blood samples. Multiplex PCR for GSTT1/M1 (present / null) polymorphism, were performed for genotyping of study pa
