This thesis study (pen weight and diversity of Arabic calligraphy), including the Arabic script went through multiple bodies, it came through the natural evolution of societies, and helped in the renovation and development of calligraphy after they gained a clear identity as a result of development that has occurred in the materials and writing instruments, especially industry pen that led to the diversity of Arabic calligraphy, and through the exploratory research and modeling study, which was obtained that the researcher could pose a problem discussed in the first chapter of his study follows by asking: is the pen is the weight of the role in the diversity of Arabic calligraphy?

It embodied the importance of research through knowledge of measuring pen weight it's written by various Arab lines and the method of its use, and this study may offer the benefit of researchers and scholars in the field of Arabic calligraphy, while the research was designed to detect the weight of pens and their role in the diversity of Arabic calligraphy for the duration of the era released Islam to the year (1410 -1991), while the second chapter included (two sections) the first topic dealt with the process of transformation of blogging to the line, and came second section of the pen weight (measurement) and its role in the naming of the Arab lines, followed by the theoretical framework indicators, but Chapter III has included research procedures, where the descriptive and analytical approach adopted, and it was the research community has reached (40) panel chose the researcher (4) intentional samples were analyzed according to the search of form for analysis tool which included three pillars oversaw the validity of a group of specialists in this field.

The fourth chapter included the analysis of samples and display the results, including:

  1. 1. The weight of the pen (view age) has had a clear impact on the morphological characters show the structure of the board proportionate and consistent, as well as the regularity and proficiency of the type of line compared schedule.
  2. 2. The process of activating the diversity of Pen Weight eligible to meet many of the goals that will achieve the functional and the aesthetic and expressive calligraphy dimensions.
  3. 3. Helps the contrast between the letters and the list Almstgayh formal and diversity that it shows, in the art of calligraphy access to advanced stages objective aesthetic associated with a fixed rate of weight pens.
  4. 4. Finding a suitable weight to view the age of the line in the show pen letters of formal structure, as well as Ansiabatha and agility Abdanha, Tsad to ensure effective achievement linear beautiful, tajweed.

Surface Characterization of PEKK Modified by stron-tium –hydroxyapatite coating as implant material Via the magnetron sputtering Deposition technique
...Show More Authors

Background: The best material for dental implants is polyetherketoneketone (PEKK). However, this substance is neither osteoinductive nor osteoconductive, preventing direct bone apposition. Modifying the PEKK with bioactive elements like strontium hydroxyapatite is one method to overcome this (Sr-HA). Due to the technique's capacity to provide better control over the coating's properties, RF magnetron sputtering has been found to be a particularly useful technique for deposition.

Materials and methods : With specific sputtering conditions, the RF magnetron technique was employed to provide a homogeneous and thin coating on Polyetherketoneketone substrates.. the coatings were characterized by Contact angle, adhesion test, X-ray dif

Evaluating the impact of neurophysiological fatigue patterns on tactical decision-making in elite football players using wearable EEG technology
...Show More Authors

Introduction: Elite football performance hinges on rapid tactical decision-making under physical and cognitive strain. While peripheral fatigue’s effects on motor output are well documented, the neurophysiological markers of mental fatigue and their impact on in-game decision making remain underexplored. Objective: To determine how EEG-derived central fatigue indices—frontal theta power and the theta/alpha ratio—relate to tactical decision accuracy and speed in elite football players. Methodology: Twenty male national-level footballers (age 22.4 ± 2.1 years; ≥ 5 years’ experience) completed the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1 while wearing an 8-channel dry-electrode frontal EEG headset. Frontal theta

Screening of Epiphytic Algae on the Aquatic Plant Phragmites australis inhabiting Tigris River in Al-Jadria Site, Baghdad, Iraq
...Show More Authors

The present work included qualitative study of epiphytic algae on dead and living stems, leaves of the aquatic plant Phragmitesaustralis Trin ex Stand, in Tigris River in AL- Jadria Site in Baghdad during Autumn 2014, Winter 2015, Spring 2015, and Summer 2015. The physical and chemical parameters of River’s water were studied (water temperature, pH, electric conductivity, Salinity, TSS, TDS, turbidity, light intensity, dissolve oxygen, BOD5, alkalinity, total hardness, calcium, magnesium and plant nutrient). A total of 142 isolates of epiphytic algae were identified. Diatoms were dominant by 117 isolates followed by Cyanobacteria (13isolates), Chlorophyta (11 isolates) and Rhodophyta (1 isolate), Variations in the isolates number were rec

The reliability of insertion torque as an indicator for primary stability in immediate dental implant: A prospective clinical study
...Show More Authors

Background: The primary stability of the dental implant is a crucial factor determining the ability to initiate temporary implant-supported prosthesis and for subsequent successful osseointegration, especially in the maxillary non-molar sites. This study assessed the reliability of the insertion torque of dental implants by relating it to the implant stability quotient values measured by the Osstell device. Material and methods: This study included healthy, non-smoker patients with no history of diabetes or other metabolic, or debilitating diseases that may affect bone healing, having non-restorable fractured teeth and retained roots in the maxillary non-molar sites. Primary dental implant stability was evaluated using a torque ratc

Innovative Jet Plasma-Assisted Green Synthesis of TiO2@Ag Core–Shell Nanoparticles Using Chard Leaf Extract for Antibacterial Applications
...Show More Authors

This study presents, for the first time, an innovative Jet Plasma-assisted technique for the green synthesis of TiO₂@Ag core–shell nanoparticles using chard leaf extract as a natural reducing and stabilizing agent. The Jet Plasma provides a highly energetic environment that accelerates nucleation and core–shell formation at low temperatures without toxic precursors. The synthesized nanoparticles exhibited uniform and stable structures, as confirmed by comprehensive characterization techniques including X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and zeta potential analysis. XRD patterns confirmed the crystalline anatase

Improving the Melting Duration of a PV/PCM System Integrated with Different Metal Foam Configurations for Thermal Energy Management
...Show More Authors

The melting duration in the photovoltaic/phase-change material (PV/PCM) system is a crucial parameter for thermal energy management such that its improvement can realize better energy management in respect to thermal storage capabilities, thermal conditions, and the lifespan of PV modules. An innovative and efficient technique for improving the melting duration is the inclusion of an exterior metal foam layer in the PV/PCM system. For detailed investigations of utilizing different metal foam configurations in terms of their convective heat transfer coefficients, the present paper proposes a newly developed mathematical model for the PV/PCM–metal foam assembly that can readily be implemented with a wide range of operating condition

Reducing Energy Consumption in Iraqi Campuses with Passive Building Strategies: A Case Study at Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering
...Show More Authors

University campuses in Iraq are substantial energy consumers, with consumption increasing significantly during periods of high temperatures, underscoring the necessity to enhance their energy performance. Energy simulation tools offer valuable insights into evaluating and improving the energy efficiency of buildings. This study focuses on simulating passive architectural design for three selected buildings at Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering (AKCOE) to examine the effectiveness of their cooling systems. DesignBuilder software was employed, and climatic data for a year in Baghdad was collected to assess the influence of passive architectural strategies on the thermal performance of the targeted buildings. The simulations revealed that the
