Employing the social personalities (celebrities) in all fields (artistic, sports, media, etc.) is an important media and visual communication means of identification for the companies and institutions in order to convey the advertising idea in accordance with the creative, aesthetic and functional principles aimed at promoting products and gaining the symbolic value for the company. This study investigates the employment of social personalities in the commercial advertising design in order to pinpoint the importance of employing celebrities and their representation in the advertisement to convey the meaning that signifies the advertisement goal. Thus the question of the study is: "What are the mechanisms of employing celebrities in the design of commercial advertising?" The importance of the research is its contribution to guide the employment of celebrities to the relevant parties. The aim of the research is to identify the mechanisms of employing the celebrities in the advertisement design. The research time limits extend from 2016 to 2017, with the selection of Asia cell and Zain Iraq as a field for the study. The theoretical framework contains a section which is (the functionality of commercial advertising). The research procedures included clarifying the method used by the researcher which is the descriptive approach used in order to reach the results, conclusions, recommendations and proposals. The results mentioned that: The employment of celebrities in the advertising is an interaction with the recipient, that when most recipients are exposed to the advertisement they are not ready to actually buy the product so it is important to get the information of this product stored in their memory in order that the situation would be convincing to buy, thus recalling the information that was announced. The celebrity employment strategy is considered the most successful way to achieve the goal of the commercial advertisement. The researcher, through the results , reached at a conclusion that : celebrities in advertising represent products, companies or enterprises and draw a positive mental image of the product or service and link the beauty and credibility of the personality to the qualities of the product and create positive and lovely tendencies in the minds of recipients towards the advertisement.
The integer simulation and development finite impulse response (FIR) filters taking into account the possibilities of their realization on digital integer platforms are considered. The problem statement and solution of multifunctional synthesis of digital FIR filters such a problem on the basis of the numerical methods of integer nonlinear mathematical programming are given. As an several examples, the problem solution of synthesis FIR-filters with short coefficient word length has been given. The analysis of their characteristics is resulted. The paper discusses issues of modeling and synthesis of digital FIR filters with provision for the possibilities of their implementation on digital platforms with integer computation arithme

We use the trapezoidal membership function to transform the data into fuzzy numbers and utilize the three different ranking function algorithms. Then we compare between these three ranking algorithms by using trapezoidal fuzzy numbers for the decision maker to get the best gains
Nowadays, the power plant is changing the power industry from a centralized and vertically integrated form into regional, competitive and functionally separate units. This is done with the future aims of increasing efficiency by better management and better employment of existing equipment and lower price of electricity to all types of customers while retaining a reliable system. This research is aimed to solve the optimal power flow (OPF) problem. The OPF is used to minimize the total generations fuel cost function. Optimal power flow may be single objective or multi objective function. In this thesis, an attempt is made to minimize the objective function with keeping the voltages magnitudes of all load buses, real outp

The production company also suffers from uncertainty in the cost, volume of production, sales, and availability of raw materials and workers number because they vary according to the seasons of the year.

Show MoreIn this paper, a shallow foundation (strip footing), 1 m in width is assumed to be constructed on fully saturated and partially saturated Iraqi soils, and analyzed by finite element method. A procedure is proposed to define the H – modulus function from the soil water characteristic curve which is measured by the filter paper method. Fitting methods are applied through the program (SoilVision). Then, the soil water characteristic curve is converted to relation correlating the void ratio and matric suction. The slope of the latter relation can be used to define the H – modulus function. The finite element programs SIGMA/W and SEEP/W are then used in the analysis. Eight nodded isoparametric quadrilateral elements are used for modeling

Which have been evolved from the main sequence phase through Asymptotic Giant Branch (AGB). The calculations were done by adopted Synthetic Model showed the following results: 1- Mass loss on the AGB phase consists of two phases for period (P <500) days and for (P>500) days; 2- the mass loss rate exponentially increases with the pulsation periods; 3- The expansion velocity VAGB for our stars are calculated according to the three assumptions; 4- the terminal velocity depends on several factors likes metallicity and luminosity. The calculations indicated that a super wind phase (S.W) developed on the A

The deposited CdS films were characterized using spectrophotometer and the effect of Sulfide on the structural properties of the films was investigated through the analysis of X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD). The growth of crystal became stronger and more oriented as seen in the X-ray diffraction pattern. The studying of X-ray diffraction showed that; all the films have the hexagonal structure with lattice constants a=b=4.1358 and c=6.7156A°, the crystallite size of the CdS thin films increases and strain (ε) as well as the dislocation density (δ) decreases. Also, the optical properties of the

Nagorno-Karabakh is considered an important disputed region nowadays. Many parties and states participated in this dispute, especially after the conflict had developed into an open war between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Thus, the study aims to examine the causes of the conflict in this region, analyze the international positions on this conflict, and find if Armenia was able to occupy this region. The methodology adopted by the researchers is the functional approach, and the theory of power analysis that Cohen created for analyzing all strengths that drove each of the parties t
