This research deals with shedding light on the issue of the poor understanding of students of Islamic sciences colleges for the subject of modern sciences; their causes and treatment, and it started with an introduction and an introductory research; The general weakness of the level of students of colleges of Islamic sciences in this article, and I detailed these reasons that relate to: the curriculum, the teaching staff, and students, and then concluded it with proposals and recommendations that would address this weakness.

The current research aims to determine the requirements of Trends of International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS 2019) and to find out the extent to which the content of science textbooks for grades (1-4) in the Sultanate of Oman includes the requirements of (TIMSS 2019). Only the Cognitive Process dimension has been considered when conducting the analysis. The study population includes all science books from the first to the fourth grade for the academic year 2021-2022. The study identified and organized the requirements in the study tool, which is a list of requirements of (TIMSS 2019). The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational culture among the headmasters and teachers of intermediate and secondary schools in Arar city. It also aims to identify the effect of job variables, qualifications, educational stage, and years of experience on the level of organizational culture and its domains.
