The intellectual contents of science fiction films
...Show More Authors

The research consisted of four chapters, the first of which wasa methodological framework. The problem of research was determined by a question drawn up by the researcher as follows: What are the intellectual contents of science fiction films ?. The main objective of the research was to uncover the intellectual contents of contemporary science fiction films. The most important research terms (content, thought, ideology, science fiction, contemporary) were defined as either the second chapter (the theoretical framework) The second topic was entitled "The Intellectual Contents of Contemporary Science Fiction Films", in which the films of the science fiction and its current intellectual contents were discussed. The third topic included the "Transformations of Characters in Films" Fantasy J), with the focus on the personal in some science fiction movies and set covered at the level of intellectual perspective and Alabestmaologi. The third chapter (research procedures) included the community, methodology, sample and research tool, and sample analysis via the model (Super 8) 2011 by director (GJ Abrams). In the fourth chapter, the researcher reached conclusions, conclusions, suggestions and recommendations, followed by a list of sources and a Abstract  in English.

The Effects of Three Antibacterial Nanoparticle Coatings on the Surface Characteristics of Stainless Steel
...Show More Authors

The aim of this study is to investigate the antibacterial capabilities of different coating durations of three nanoparticle (NP) coatings: molybdenum (Mo), tantalum (Ta), and zinc oxide (ZnO), and their effects on the surface characteristics of 316L stainless steel (SS). The coated substrates underwent characterization utilizing field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDX), and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) techniques. The antibacterial efficacy of NPs was evaluated using the agar diffusion method. The FE-SEM and EDX images confirmed the presence of nano-sized particles of Mo, Ta, and ZnO on the surface of the substrates with perfectly symmetrical spheres and a uniform distribution of

Study the effect of biosynthesized gold nanoparticles on the enzymatic activity of alpha-Amylase
...Show More Authors

In this paper, investigates the biosynthesis of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) by biochemical method using Myrtus communis leaves extract as reducing agent and Chloroauric acid (HAuCl4) as precursors. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and FTIR were used in addition to UV-visible spectroscopy (UV) in order to characterize the AuNPs. The biosynthesized AuNPs exhibited inhibitory effects on alpha amylase and alkaline phosphatase in sera of patient with type 2 Diabetes Miletus and the sera of healthy control subjects; the inhibition percentage with alpha amylase was 72 % and 45 % for patient and control group respectively. Oral consent obtained from the most of patients and healthy subjects before them being under

The Phenomenon of Division and Modification of The Individual Houses in Baghdad after 2003
...Show More Authors

The Research deals with the negative phenomena which appeared in the urban scenes of the  Iraqi cities after 2003, particularly trespassing the architectural design of the urban Individual houses.  Many academic researchers , critics, and cultural circles, drawn attention to the impact of  political and cultural variable change on such phenomena  without detailed  analysis . The research problem  is set according to central questions : If the phenomena is the trespass , whatare the sides which are being trespassed  in the division of the individual house? , If the diagnosis of the phenomena denotes perceived repetition of the cases , So what's size of this transposes on the architectural design of the individual house? , and

The Problems Facing Primary School Students from the Point of View of Their Teachers
...Show More Authors

The purpose of the current research is to identify the most important problems that primary school students suffer from inside and outside the classroom from the point of view of their teachers. A sample of (100) male and female teachers was chosen from the Rusafa\ second Directorate for the academic year (2018-2019). The research tool was prepared after reviewing literature related to the issue of problems and difficulties facing students or students in the school stage and even at university. The researcher reached several results that were discussed in the fourth chapter, with a set of conclusions based on the results of the research, and come up with several recommendations and suggestions.

Study the effect of nano vibration amplitude on the electromagnetic interaction of CMC structure
...Show More Authors

Vibration is a source of energy that can be beneficial or harmful based on the application. Vibration can affect the function of any structure; however, Ceramic matrix composite (CMC) is one of these structures. Whereby less studies have been concentrated on study its function specially when electromagnetic wave (microwave) exposed on its surface to perform its designed function. To address this concept, SiC composite has been fabricated which is designed to have a transparent characteristics to microwave. External vibration had been applied on its surface to monitor how much influence could nanoscale amplitude vibration damage the microwave interaction. The source of vibration was applied from piezoelectric and the vibration was monitored

The Effect of Asphaltene on the Stability of Iraqi Water in Crude Oil Emulsions
...Show More Authors

In the present work, asphaltenes and resins separated from emulsion samples collected from two Iraqi oil wells, Nafut Kana (Nk) and Basrah were used to study the emulsion stability. The effect of oil resins to asphaltene (R/A) ratio, pH of the aqueous phase, addition of paraffinic solvent (n-heptane), aromatic solvent (toluene), and blend of both (heptol) in various proportions on the stability of emulsions had been investigated. The conditions of experiments were specified as an agitation speed of 1000 rpm for 30 minutes, heating at 50 °C, and water content of 30%.  The results showed that as the R/A ratio increases, the emulsion will be unstable and the amount of water separated from emulsion increases. It was noticed that the em
