In this paper, we define a cubic bipolar subalgebra, $BCK$-ideal and $Q$-ideal of a $Q$-algebra, and obtain some of their properties and give some examples. Also we define a cubic bipolar fuzzy point, cubic bipolar fuzzy topology, cubic bipolar fuzzy base and for each concept obtained some of its properties.

This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in achieving educational and learning goals from the point of view of educational supervisors in the stage of basic education. The descriptive method was adopted. As for the sample size, it has reached (59) educational supervisors. A questionnaire consisting of 29 paragraphs divided into four areas was used. In current study a computation fluid dynamic (CFD) technique was used to investigate the effect of groynes shape and spacing on the scour pattern and the maximum scour depth in open channel flow. CFD model have been validated throughout comparing the numerical results with three previous experimental studies for a single groyne located in open channel with three different shapes (L, quadrant, and parabola shapes).
