Abstract
An optoelectronic system for fog detection and visibility technique is presented .The idea of this research is based on the measurement of the atmospheric visibility by using an infrared beam emitter from LED diode. The optical scattering is used as a method to calculate the visibility. This method is applied at forward scattering within a foggy atmosphere, which is modern and has great importance for measuring visibility in seaports, airports, public roads and highways. In this paper we focus on the description of the system, principles of its operation and some results of field tests.

The article considers a creolized text as a means of modern communication, describing its key verbal and visual components; the relationship of concepts polycode and creolized text has been shown; the universal basic image features have been called; the following kinds of creolized texts have been distinguished; it has been proved that the effective means of attracting the attention of the addressee is the use of expressive font features, which are divided into two groups: topographics (mechanisms of varying of areal syntagmatic of a text) and supragraphcs (change of typeface of font).

The current research aims to develop the skills of the kindergarten students in designing and implementing a theater for gauntlets made of cardboard materials. To study this, the researcher determined to build teaching plans for design and implementation skills according to (Kolb model).
The results of this research showed the effectiveness of teaching plans according to (Kolb's model) in developing skills of design and implementation (theater for gauntlets made of cardboard materials) for the students of the Kindergarten Department - the experimental group. An analytical model in the form of a hyperbolic function has been suggested for the axial potential distribution of an electrostatic einzel lens. With the aid of this hyperbolic model the relative optical parameters have been computed and investigated in detail as a function of the electrodes voltage ratio for various trajectories of an accelerated charged-particles beam. The electrodes voltage ratio covered a wide range where the lens may be operated at accelerating and decelerating modes. systems are continuous. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a visual modeling language
used for software and non software modeling systems. The aim of this paper is: using UML
class diagram to design treasury pharmaceuticals agent and explain its internal action. The
diagram explains the movement of the agent among other nodes to achieve user's requests
(external) after it takes them. The paper shows that it is easy to model the practical systems by
using agent UML when they are used in a complex environment.
