In this research, we introduce and study the concept of fibrewise bitopological spaces. We generalize some fundamental results from fibrewise topology into fibrewise bitopological space. We also introduce the concepts of fibrewise closed bitopological spaces,(resp., open, locally sliceable and locally sectionable). We state and prove several propositions concerning with these concepts. On the other hand, we extend separation axioms of ordinary bitopology into fibrewise setting. الغرض من هذا العمل هو دراسة الفضاء الإسقاطي ثلاثي الأبعاد PG (3، P) حيث p = 4 باستخدام المعادلات الجبرية وجدنا النقاط والخطوط والمستويات وفي هذا الفضاء نبني (k، ℓ) -span وهي مجموعة من خطوط k لا يتقاطع اثنان منها. نثبت أن الحد الأقصى للكمال (k، ℓ) -span في PG (3،4) هو (17، ℓ) -span ، وهو ما يساوي جميع نقاط المساحة التي تسمى السبريد.

Rapid, reproducible and accurate method has been developed for the assay for of mebendazol (MBZ) residual assay. The method is based on alkaline hydrolysis of MBZ with sodium hydroxide then oxidation with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) followed by coupling with 4-Bromoaniline (4-BA) to yield a highly colored product absorbed at maximum 434 nm. Regression analysis of linearity range was found (0.6-2.8) µg.ml-1.  The optimum conditions that affect the oxidation were studied.
