The study aimed to explore the school principals’ servant leadership practices for primary teachers’ perspectives in the Sultanate of Oman, furthermore to investigate the differences in those practices attributable to variables (gender, qualification, educational stage, years of experience, governorate). This study suggests using the recycled plastic waste to prepare the polymer matrix composite (PMCs) to use in different applications.
