This study aimed to examine the effects of electronic training to improve the skills of designing electronic courses for teachers of Arabic language in the colleges of education in Iraq. The descriptive approach is applied and the sample included 145 teachers of Arabic who were selected randomly from the colleges of education in Iraq. Background: Squamous cell carcinoma of the oral
cavity (OSCC) is a highly invasive neoplasm. Many
MMPs play role in human cancer invasion and
metastases.
Aim: Estimating The MMp-7 expression level in
HPV-16 positive and HPV-16 negative OSCC
paraffin embedded sections.
Method: Biopsies from thirty three patients with oral
squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) were obtained and
investigated for the presence of HPV-16 RNA with
the application of ISH and the MMP-7 expression
level using IHC .
Results: Expression level of MMP-7 found to be high
in OSCC sections 29 (87.8%) cases with no
significant difference in its expression level between
HPV-16 positive and HPV-16 negative OSCC cases
p= 1.00.

The researcher used the experimental approach due to its suitability and the nature of the research problem. The research community was represented by the eighth-grade students in the Rozak Elementary Mixed School affiliated with the General Directorate of Education in Erbil / the center, for the academic year (2021-2022), the number is (96) students, and the research sample consisted of (63) male and female students, with (31) in the experimental group, and (32) in the control group, and (11) students were excluded by (5) students from the experimental group, and (6) students from the control group, as the excluded, are students who failed and were absent from the lessons, and accordingly, the research sample became composed of (52) mal
