The study followed a qualitative descriptive research design. Seven forms of teacher formative and summative assessments were analyzed. The linear programming method was used to solve this mathematical model. Methodology: A cross-sectional study used a purposive ‘’non-probability’’ sample of (75) adult clients with Hypermobility Syndrome (HMS) male and female who age (25-64) years.
